A modern and lively atmosphere with scenic views of the city. Has a bar, indoor seating, and a backside patio that wraps around the restaurant. Food was delivered one plate after the other which kept it fresh. Our waiter Oliver was very knowledgeable and attentive. Would go again!

The atmosphere is super fantastic but the food was terrible. I ordered waffle tower and salmon benedict, which was my big mistake...not fresh and it was not worthy compare with the price. I highly recommend to order at least except what I ate. By the way, the vibe was really impressive and good for insta.

Let me be honest! I only went to Catch LA to try to catch sight of some celebrities. I didn't see any celebrities, but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food was superb! We drank the Lush Lemonade from the bar based on the bartender's recommendation and it was delicious. For dinner, we had the Catch Ceviche, then the Crispy Shrimp, followed by the Wagyu Gyoza, and finally the Snapper with the Lobster Mash. I can honestly say that the food was some of the best I had the entire trip. We ended the night with the Hit Me Chocolate Cake! The dinner was expensive, but I would return here again!

Amazing place to eat! The Resturant is beautiful with a great space to sit outside. The retractable ceiling was a highlight during my evening meal. The food was spectacular especially the lobster Mac and cheese! I have been here many times and would go again!

The food was just “ok”. The grilled shrimp were good but the kids just want to go there because of seeing it on IG. The food isn’t that good. It’s a one and done type place

No doubt a trendy place to see and be seen in LA. But the atmosphere while cool was a bit chaotic. We weren’t seated for a good 20 min after our reservation time and were repeatedly told to wait at the bar. And this was a Weds night! Definitely worth going but I doubt I’ll be a repeat customer. Seafood was solid but not worth the 400$ price tag for 4 and we didn’t even drink alcohol.

The space is beautiful and makes you feel like you are on vacation. Service is attentive though the pacing of food brought to the table felt rushed, like they were trying to turn the table over. The food and cocktails are pretty uninspired/uninspiring, which feels like such a missed opportunity given the grandeur of the space itself. For a match between decor and quality, try something like Redbird instead.

We are visiting from Houston where there are a ton of amazing restaurants. I had read great reviews and not great reviews so I was hesitant about going here as it could just be a trendy spot. But as soon as we were greeted at the door (30 minutes before our actual reservation) by the welcoming friendly host we felt right at home. We went upstairs and the hostess very nicely said we might have to wait for about 10 minutes and then in less than 2 she was ready to show us to our table-a nice large booth for the 3 of us. Our waiter, Roman, was awesome! Knowledgable and attentive!
We loved everything we ordered! The truffle sashimi was divine! And def get the tuna on rice cakes! We also had the Brussel sprouts and scallops with gnocchis and the grilled octopus! All great plates! Then the best dessert was the carnival donuts with caramel!!! Do not pass on that!
FYI we went early at 6:30. It was great to get there then Bc by the time we left there was a line down the hall to try to get in to register with the hostess!

So good! Honestly obviously I've heard about Catch LA a few times but have never been myself. Finally we went for Brunch while my mom was in town and we were not disappointed! The atmosphere was great - some prime people watching. Food was pretty great too and the cocktails were DIVINE. I will definitely be back!

This was our second time going to Catch LA. We obviously came back because we enjoyed it the first time.

This most recent visit was very disappointing. My reservation was at 9:30pm. We weren't seated until 11:03pm. I checked on the status of our table twice. The second time I checked, the hostess told me, "I'm not going to lie to you, you aren't going to get seated soon only because we're barely seating the 9pm guests, so you should just grab a drink and enjoy the vibe." Those were her very exact words.
Little did she know that my party and I were on our 3rd round of drinks because the wait was so long.
Their attempt at accommodating the wait time was a free appetizer. We appreciated the gesture as that's all we could've done. On top of that wait time experience, the waiters were so pushy that night, asking every 5-10 mins if we were done with our plate when it clearly still had food on it.

Not everyone will make time to write a review. I had to only because I needed to share my poor experience.

I’m a big CATCH-Las Vegas fan and have been a patron many times and decided to visit the LA location while in town. I made a 7:15reservation, but was inexplicably seated at 8:15??? Very disappointed! The hosts were very little help...citing “you’re next on the list”.

I was comp’d an appetizer, but that was the least they could do following my long wait.

I’ll have re-think Catch LA as an option in the future

The ambiance could have been great if the music they played had a flow. While we were there they played steve miller band, fine young cannibals, and bob marley back to back.. we felt like we were at the santa monica pier, a CVS, and a beach bbq all within 10 minutes' time. Later in the evening they got their stuff together and started playing a playlist that was more cohesive and made us feel like we were in a hip place in weho. The food was ok. We had to send the seafood tower back because of 3 fizzy oysters, but we liked most of the other dishes we got. Some of the food was way over priced (2 egg roll sized appetizer $32???? not worth it).
