   Poor service. Had two children in the party and didn't give us a children's menu to use. Didn't see it until after our order was takenm. Then had to ask three times for butter and it never arrived. Food was cold. Check was incorrect and they didn't split it as requested. Not a great experience this visit. It's been better. Quality is slipping. Only plus is it's convenient to the hotel where I am staying and they had a good variety of non-meat options for dinner.

   Food delicious as always. Service was good -- little slow to receive menus. Restaurant was VERY loud -- too loud for us to enjoy a catch up conversation. They were out of two of the three offered mocktails which was disappointing.

   Everything was fine besides the bar and service. This unfortunate waiter had to serve half of the restaurant alone during the dinner session. Besides feeling bad for him, service was slow. Bar was laughably out of stock, they couldn't even make the simplest version of a Moscow mule apparently they had very little in liquor which I’ve never heard that phrase utter to me from a bartender before in my life. And finally the price was a bit too much for the experience I had.

   Came for brunch with business associates and were able to have conversation without interruption while enjoying a delicious meal. We had Bloody Mary and Apple Cinnamon sangria along with our entrées. Everything was brought timely. Roasted salmon was cooked perfectly (one was medium and one was medium rare), and the shrimp and grits was full of flavor. Delicious!

   Went for Sunday brunch and we were pleased with the setting, service and food. Benedict (except for the dry cornbread) and omelette were fine, and the breakfast potatoes were especially good. The biggest hit: ricotta doughnuts with raspberry sauce. You know you want them; just do it!

   I want to love this place more than I do. it's a good location. nice decor. The last two times I have been to this location for brunch. the food has been pretty mediocre and the service has been completely lackluster. They are connected to a hotel and this has more of a hotel restaurant feel. DC does not have a ton of good places to go for breakfast and they are open early here so if you have no other options, this is not terrible but nothing too write home about

    Great food, even better service! Annie was wonderful! Her recommendations were perfect. We had the Roasted Squash Agnolotti, Kale salad with basil chicken, and CG bacon cheeseburger. The restaurant was lively and welcoming, and we are putting this on our “must-do” list whenever we are in the Georgetown area again.

    While more or less a run-of-the-mill bar/grill sort of menu, the food offerings were solid, and the happy hour value was excellent, particularly for Washington DC. A great spot for after work or before game or show evening activity.

    Noise level started out just fine, but got a bit loud mid-meal with more diners. Food was okay, not outstanding. Serving size was good. They serve a lot of broccoli! 😁

    Casual spot for brunch. We did the small plate of Brussels, which were tasty. The turkey burger was cooked well, and the fries that accompanied were just how you want them to be! The avocado toast was just okay. Service was a tad on the slower side given how light the crowd was. I'd consider it again, but wouldn't necessarily rush to return.

    I had the butternut squash soup and a salmon bowl for brunch. Both were perfectly cooked, prepared and presented. The wine list is very limited. I tried the private label, unoaked Bulgarian chardonnay (yes, wine from Bulgaria). It was an excellent, affordable choice. Despite making a reservation, I was initially seated at what had to be the worst table in the restaurant. I was able to move to something better. I wanted to sit outside but homeless people were occupying the tables. The waitress was busy and looked overworked. I was never asked how my meal was, never offered coffee or dessert. Chef Geoff's was better than expected. Service was below average. It isn't an expensive restaurant but it isn't a cheap restaurant either.

    Delicious food! Everything was top notch and fast. Pretty sure we were only there an hour. Service was excellent and friendly. Shame on Opentable for having the wrong menu posted on their site.

    The food and ambience was okay but the service was terrible. our server did not stop by our table, I had to physically get up to find her and tell her we were ready to order and ready to pay the check.

    Food was incredible and I will go back, but it probably wont be for brunch. The brunch service was a bit annoying. They have a strict policy about the bottomless mimosas, so it’s not as good of a deal as they make it out to be. They tried bringing one drink at a time for a table of 8 people and place a 2 hour time limit on “bottomless”. They had to ask the manager permission to just serve us a pitcher so we didn’t have to keep waiting. Also seemed a little judgmental whenever we would ask for another pitcher. Overall a solid dining experience, but it could be better.

    The salmon was good but it looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The butter was not fresh but it was fine The Focaccia bread was pretty good The fish tacos were ok Overall this place is a restaurant connected to a hotel..not sure if you should go out of your way to come here but it was fine.

    Great food, mocktails, and service. Had a nice lunch with my younger cousin (it was her recommendation), and truly enjoyed myself. Bar tenders were on point and super attentive. I'll be back!

    Our waitress was great and very attentive. She was patient with our not knowing what we wanted. She also was smart to check our wine order before we placed it. I would rate the food as mediocre. The fried mozzarella was ok but the spicy cauliflower appetizer was drowned in sauce. And we didn’t get serving utensils for them. I asked for them and was given another set of silverware. Most people didn’t finish their meals. The salmon entree was very soupy. All I could taste was the broth.

    We went to Chef Geoff’s for pre-theater dinner. The food was excellent and our server, Kia, was nice and very attentive without being intrusive. We enjoyed our dinner and will definitely return.

    Both dinners just shy of awful. Chicken sandwich looked like a McNugget drowned in sauce, and Fish Tacos were .... interesting. Avoid. Server was amazing, but she's not the one choosing food or cooking.

    my partner and i went for brunch. the food was phenomenal and for such great value! the service was outstanding! my only complaint is maybe it was a little loud but that was not difficult to ignore. maybe everyone else was also talking about how great the food was :)

    We came for Restaurant Week, and we ended up staying for over two hours as our food order wasn't sent to the kitchen and the service was very slow. Sitting at the bar, we expected more timely service.

    The wait staff and manager were excellent! My steak came out over cooked, and they got it fixed for me. The fried mozzarella and calamari were tasty, but nothing spectacular. The Crunchy Chinese salad was good, and the mushroom ravioli was very good. Overall, it is a nice place for decent food and I would return.

    The staff was great, but it was noisier that we expected. Difficult to converse at times.
