   I made my booking for 7pm and arrived on the dot only to be told the table was not ready yetand was seated 10 minutes later. Me and my friends were fasting which is why this was upsetting and I did mention that to the server. None of the servers came to take our order even though I asked 3 different people. Starters came out quick, they were nice but nothing special. Mains came 30 mins after that, which quiet frankly is a joke. Not only that they forgot to bring out my friends food. And when I told them about it they did not say or do anything. I had to once again ask three different servers where the food was. They clearly had forgotten the food which is unacceptable. Honestly one of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered and was very upset in all honesty. It was a busy evening and there was only 3 servers. Definitely not a place I’d recommend to others. For the food and quality there’s much more better places around.

   Had the most incredible and delicious experience for the afternoon tea. One word, Sublime. The staff were very friendly and catered to My personal request of giving My fiancé a birthday dessert after the meal. We will be visiting again!

    10/10 experience again! I took my mother and mother in-law for a belated Mother’s Day lunch and they were super impressed (hard to do as my mother in law is a caterer). Service was impeccable and the food was delicious- we will be back soon!

    Absolutely amazing experience. Food was incredible with a great play on flavours that hit all the right notes! Service was amazing so thanks a lot to Anna and her team. All the staff were really attentive and looked after us so well. We were celebrating our anniversary and they gave us a special cake and a couple of glasses of Prosecco on the house! Will definitely be back soon and highly recommend anyone who enjoys good food and service to visit. Thanks again

    This is a real hidden gem just outside Covent Garden. We had the afternoon tea which comprised of a selection of indian finger food that was incredibly intricate and full of flavour. Would highly recommend this place for something different to the usual tea and scones. Also their more mainstream curries looked lovely. Thoroughly recommended.

    We went for the Holi menu. There was a good deal of choice, but the vegetarian options can end up being a bit same-y. The appetiser, starter and rest course all had the same classic combination of tamarind/mind/yoghurt which started off as fantastic, but had got a bit boring by round 3. The mains were fabulous - really good portions, and the best course by far. Dessert, however, was a disaster. Perhaps an off day as I've been there before and enjoyed what I had. However the 'pannacotta' was so set you needed a knife to crack into it, and the kulfi was just ice crystals. Clearly a bad day, but I reckon they knew it as they didn't ask us if we wanted to leave a tip despite us not saying a word! If you want a quiet dinner though, head elsewhere. It was incredibly loud!

    The staff were super accommodating! Two of our party were running late but the staff did everything to make sure we had great service and a smooth transition so that no one was left without food or drink. On a busy Friday night this was particularly impressive. They also let us add a last minute person to our group with no fuss. That was all in addition to the amazingly delicious food. A real gem of a place.

    We had to wait 10min at the bar before our 7pm table was ready, but the staff and food were terrific. Quite busy for a Monday night, but not noisy. Recommended.

    The most outstanding Indian food we've ever tasted. At first glance there's not a huge selection on the menu but once we'd chatted to our very helpful waiter we were suddenly spoilt for choice... 110% for everything and would certainly recommend..

    Nice location, every dishes we ordered were delicious, the coffee and kulfi were so tasty. The staff are are professional and polite and the decor and ambiance is excellent. Would like to go back and try their chai and afternoon tea.

    The food was stunning (the chaat especially) and the turkey tikka was surprisingly more tasty than your typical, usual chicken tikka! Took my Mum for a pre-Mother’s Day meal and it’s now her favourite Indian restaurant to go to. The Old Fashioned okapi was also very nice.

    Really good afternoon tea experience! We were seated per our ask and the staff were really warm, and friendly. The portion sizes were good and the staff made sure that we had a good time. The food was delicately flavored and had so many layers to it. We loved the food and the entire experience . Highly recommended !

    Beautiful setting and great service for our meal. The Holi feast was a special set menu and accommodated my friends but allergy so we were very happy. The food was delicious and potions were plenty.

    We had the afternoon tea and ordered some cocktails. In short, the afternoon tea look good value on paper, but we found the deserts inedible, and the cocktails were undrinkable. Cocktails The old fashioned had quite a lot of cinnamon in it, which was very overpowering and unnecessary. The gin cocktail with mint was ok to start with but quickly became strong tasting and unpleasant - particularly when paired with the food. Food The afternoon tea started with some amazing street food style “bites”, the pani puri with the sauce is amazing. The watermelon salad was delicious - we throughly enjoyed these. The sandwich was a fantastic fish finger style with some great flavours and there was a chicken spring roll that was also very tasty. Unfortunately there were also cakes. We started with the cheesecake which was very creamy and a bit meh - it was quite perfumey. We then had a bite of the macaroon with cinnamon and saffron, and I’ve honestly never tasted anything like it, it was horrific, and the taste lingered for a long time afterwards. I went back to the cheese cake to take the taste away. The pistachio cake was dense, and had a texture that wasn’t dissimilar to plasticine. The tea was good, I had green tea which was a wee tea bag and hot water so you can go far wrong. My partner had chai tea which he enjoyed. Service It’s the little things but there was no water for the table, and when we were chatting to the waiter, they addressed all their comments and conversation to my partner, not me, even directing the answer to my question to my partner, which made me feel a bit excluded, which wasn’t ideal.
