We were a party of 14 and there was no problem giving us one long table. The wait staff was great from drinks to desserts. Giving suggestions on appetizers and how many to order for the table. Everyone’s food came out at the same time and from the fish to the past everyone enjoyed it.

Chose the restaurant because it seemed to have the charm of a traditional Italian restaurant with professional waiters. It met those expectations. The food however was just above average. Three of us went. None of us thought the food was exceptional. I had veal which is my barometer of how good an Italian restaurant is. It was an ok cut of veal but drenched in a heavy sauce. Service was excellent. Ambience was great. Food was average. I would go again but only if I had another reason to do so, e.g. friends who wanted to go. My recommendation is lukewarm.

Air conditioning wasn’t working!! Restaurant was about 80 degrees and stuffy. Understaffed! Our waiter knocked into our friends chair and never apologized. Service was slow and not friendly. I feel that a manager could have visited every table and apologize for the heat — nothing. They didn’t care.

Had to wait for table even with a reservation. Sat at table for too long before anyone attended to us. Server absent for long periods of time. Main course was served before the pasta course, and then the pasta showed up a few minutes after the main course was served. Very disappointing!

Coco Pazzo was a great dining experience! The food was phenomenal and the service was as well. The meal was paced perfectly to be able to enjoy the appetizers to dessert. We enjoyed the specials and would certainly go back again!

One of our favorite restaurants when visiting Chicago. It was outstanding. We were greeted warmly upon arrival, attentive wait staff, and creative menu. We shared soup of the day, tagliatelle Bolognese and Bronzino deboned and served at our table, finishing with gelato. We went on a Thursday evening at 6:30,and by 7:30 it was packed. A can’t miss restaurant that serves Italian food with style!

Elegant dinner at a fair price, compliments to the staff and kitchen. Must have a wood fired pizza, best in town with cocktails, then a cacio e pepe and swordfish on special. Never disappointed!

The ambiance is warm and cozy. The service was excellent considering that they were very busy, our waiter apologised for possible delays. I had the whole branzino which was nicely deboned at the tableside and the fish was delicious , oven baked and very juicy. Definitely a place to return many times!

Caught up with some friends after three years of not seeing them here… we had lots to talk about and the service was very patient with us being slow to order. Split portions came meticulously split on separate plates, the food was divine, the drinks were delightfully potent, and we could clearly hear each other—something that is hard at most restaurants.

Our server Alberto was very attentive. Aside from us, his section had a larger party. At no point did we feel neglected. He did an amazing job making sure my wife and I were attended to. The manager on duty, I am sorry, I don’t remember his name was amazing. He made my wife and I feel special and welcomed. We will definitely be back simply based on the service we received. The food was amazing, drinks were priced fairly. An overall great experience, which seems hard to find in the city now a days. Thank you for everything once again!
