   The service was great and our server was very nice and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations. This was the 1 place that I was really looking forward to when I came to Augusta from Charlotte, NC, and I will definitely be going back everytime that I make my way back to Augusta.

   Not impressed for a first time visitor. Server showed lack of interest in our table. We even mentioned it was our first time there. Never recommended drinks. Portions were tiny. Not the level of fine dining I’ve experienced at other places.

   Enjoyed the place from the moment we sat down! The etiquette was very upscale! I have been to a lot of up scale restaurants and the food is amazing but the etiquette is what really set this place apart! Our server was amazing and did a great job explaining everything and answering our questions! We had the trio of elk, bison, and venison. Desert consisted of deconstructed apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream and drip coffee. The sweet finisher was an amazing presentation of watermelon cotton candy!

    Food and Service great. Special occasions. $$$. If purchasing wine from market to be brought into restaurant know that you will be charge additional fee. My fee was more than bottles. 1st time no one disclosed that just asked if I would like to have wine with meal so I thought it was part of restaurant experience since they are attached. I will know for future visits purchase drinks inside restaurant bar and purchase wine when I depart. Ambience was nice. moderate noise.

    My husband and I came to celebrate our 16th anniversary and it was worth every penny. The ambiance was beautiful, the servers were friendly and knowledgeable, and our glasses were never empty. Excellent wine selection, and some of the best food I’ve had in my life. The duck was a favorite and I can’t recommend it enough. I don’t normally enjoy shellfish, but the lobster bisque was so flavorful that I stole several spoonfuls from my husband. We’ll absolutely be back for every celebration.

    Great meal! Server was awesome! I cut my toe at table and server immediately retrieved a wash cloth to clean toe and a first aid kit with antiseptic gel and bandaid so that we could continue on with our meal and enjoy our evening. I’m sure that these kinds of events don’t happen often but our server handled the situation wonderfully! We had a fantastic evening with a sensational meal.

    Absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, one of the best overall dining experiences we have had. Food, service, atmosphere, etc. were all absolutely magnificent. By far the best restaurant in the area and perhaps best we have attended. Will be back.

    We had Matt as our server this evening. He’s excellent! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The Cork and Flame is our go-to restaurant for all of our special occasions. We no longer have to plan a weekend trip to NYC or LV to experience Fine Dining. Thank you!

    My wife and I celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and it was our first time there. A friend recommended it and the experience exceeded our expectations. Our waiter Paul was outstanding and provided excellent service while attending several tables due to the restaurant being at full capacity. We also had the opportunity to talk with Justin. The food was perfect. My bride had the ribeye and I had the game trio. Every corse was exceptional. Ending the meal with the cotton candy bouquet topped off our best dining experience since we moved back to Evans. Cork and Flame and Froghollow are our two most favorite restaurants now. Thanks to Paul, Justin and the entire staff for a great dining experience.

    We have been patrons since opening. Food still tastes great, but the portions and sides have dwindled in size. I know times are tuff and it’s understandable. I was not impressed with the smoked duck or kangaroo. The scallops, tuna and filet were delicious. Service was good, just felt like the server was a bit over animated. We always enjoy the meal but prices make it a little less of value for the money.

    Had a wonderful 35th Anniversary dinner. Elk, Bison, Venison Ssooo delicious. And took home some goodie’s from the wine shop next door. For sure, we’ll be back. Our new local favorite.

    This was not our first time to dine at Cork & Flame, and as always, it did not disappoint. We were there to celebrate a special event and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant atmosphere was lovely, and the noise level allowed us to have a conversation without talking loudly. Our food was delicious. We ordered the filet mignon and the American Wagyu beef cheek. Both were incredibly tender and beautifully presented. For dessert we chose tableside s'mores and ube creme brulee and would happily order both again!

    Chef Justin and his staff provide every ingredient for our favorite dining experience in Augusta. Our server Paul was busy, but very attentive. Hardest part is deciding what to order because we have yet to try something we did not love. Keep up the great work!

    We really enjoyed our dinner! I would recommend deciding in advance if you want to do the tasting menu and noting that on your reservation. Our server, Daniel, had a large and busy section. It was not possible to get the wine pairings to the table ahead of the food for every course, because he was simply too busy. I would definitely do it all over again!

    It was our anniversary and we were treated royally. Our waiter was entertaining and provided excellent service. The pace was great and not rushed. Each menu item was nicely done: beet salad, spring salad, scallops, halibut, and deconstructed apple pie. Extra touches included expanding (almost magic) hand towels, a fresco palate cleanser, and a cotton candy tree at the end. We left having enjoyed our experience.

    Went to spend money on a nice meal so we don't need to talk about the cost, but it wasn't an unusual amount for such an occasion. Overall review, white table restaurant you will find in a larger city without the white table cloth. They obviously want it to have a touch of rustic. You do not really notice until someone comes to do cumb service and it just doesn't go quite as clean as metal scraping across a white table cloth. Started off with a cocktail and beer while we reviewed the menu, both great. The server selected the perfect bottle of wine based off my two characteristics I gave of the wine I wanted and at a reasonable price for the celebrations. We had 4 courses, all amazing, came with the palette starter, always forget what they call that, and a palette cleanser before dessert. My only complaint is something I knew they would have fixed if I mentioned it but my husband liked it so it is all fine. Will absolutely go again.
