   I had a WONDERFUL experience at Cucina Venti. Truly remarkable service, decor, atmosphere, and Cuisine. This was my first time going to this restaurant and I had no expectations so I was incredibly surprised when I walked in. The personal was delightful! Truly a great place to grab lunch or dinner.

   Our first time there and we loved it! Martin, our server was terrific - personable, helpful with menu and drink selections. Not overly attentive yet was there when we needed him. Wonderful ambience. We'll definitely return.

   A few new items on the menu in addition to my favorites. Always such a pleasant vibe - love sitting out on the pretty patio. I've been coming here for the last 13 years and have not tired of it. Danny, our server, made wonderful suggestions and accommodated my request for the scallops "minor switch." He was attentive without making us feel smothered and had a calming and warm disposition.

   That would be my last visit in this dining place although I have been a frequent visitor of the place in the past about 5 years, seriously The place is decent in atmosphere and food although food material selection has room to improve, such as the bone-in ribeye could’ve used a better piece of meat with a lot less tendon that made it really chewy. And the $47 priced risotto could’ve used a bit more generous shaving of black truffle than a mere 4 or 5 teasing pieces that made me wonder if they are serious to enhance the risotto with “truffle”! Nonetheless, we understood it’s a for-profit business, so no worries. Our server, Jennie, was very cheerful and attentive, the only highlight for the evening. She was genuine, hardworking and surely loyal to her job since she presented the “new corkage policy” affirmatively and clearly. Basically, the place now levies on your first bottle you bring $50 corkage. From the second bottle they charge you $100 corkage unless you buy a bottle or two that exceeds $250! We respected the policy since we chose to dine there and the new policy was presented clearly. We decided to open just one bottle of our own and purchase two bottles ($170 and $180 respectively). With the $350 spent on their inhouse wines, we negotiated a waiver for the $50 corkage (although they still went ahead and charged it as shown in the receipt attached). Before 9pm, we had an additional guest joining us and we wanted to open another bottle of our own since we were told the bar was closed and we couldn’t buy theirs. We were told we had to pay $100 for the corkage! I then said that I am happy to buy another bottle but they declined citing the bar is closed. I was not happy and told Jennie it was a silly policy. John, the manager, turned up and very sternly told me that I was rude although we were sober and pleasant. He told us it’s his right not to sell wines to us. Well, he doesn’t have to exercise his right. We won’t be back! I wish the place and John good luck!

    I just had an incredible dining experience at Cucina Venti. The risotto dish with the new halibut addition was amazing - I was blown away by how perfectly everything came together. The wine selection is so extensive - I was impressed with the variety and quality of the wines they offer. But what really stood out to me was the service. Everyone who helped us was so friendly and attentive, and it really made the experience that much more enjoyable. To top it all off, I had the chance to try the Japanese whiskey, which I thought was completely Top Notch. Thank you so much. I'm already looking forward to my next meal at your restaurant.

    Hands down one of the best restaurant we have been in the Bay Area. We had a wonderful dining experience at Cucina Venti. We enjoyed the, seafood pasta, and lamb shank. Both dishes were wonderful and presented beautifully. The wine selection and homemade bread added to the overall experience. This restaurant is going to be our to go place in bay area. Can't wait to go back. 这是我们在湾区去过的最好的餐厅之一。 我们在 Cucina Venti 享受了美妙的用餐体验。 我们喜欢海鲜意大利面和羊腿。 两道菜都很棒，摆盘也很漂亮。 葡萄酒的选择和自制面包增加了整体体验。 这家餐厅将成为我们在湾区的必去之地。期待下次再来！

    Food is the best of the area, by far. The place is nice, a bit upscale looking. Staff is super attentive and friendly. The ambiance is quite nice, specially the outdoor area.

    Great food and a good environment. Our server seems to be a bit new and not sure how to serve the customers. We brought over a bottle of wine to share, and although the restaurant charged a $50 open bottle fee, the server didn't even have the proper tool to serve our wine, which seemed to be strange and lack of experience. The food was great. I ordered scallops and loved them. My friend ordered lamb chops, halibut, and salmon. They seemed to enjoy their meal too.

    Definitely a special occasion restaurant and not for a pre theatre dinner! This is definitely a $$$$ or $$$$$ restaurant. Ambiance is definitely upscale and beautiful. Service was ok and I say that because they would ask about water, drinks and food right in the middle of a conversation and it felt very hurried and pushy. We ordered apps and salad as we realized that would be a better meal for us since it wasn't really a special occasion on splurging. The food was good. The salads were well made. The only two things that could have been better were the lamb meatballs (they were not salted enough) and the calamari (it really didn't feel any more upscale than some of the casual restaurants on castro st). I would have expected much better from them. Their cocktails were very well made though nothing is less than $21 for a cocktail. Overall I wish i had known that they had become more upscale so I could have enjoyed it more on a special occasion.

    Incredible dining experience. The food was amazing; each dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was also exceptional; every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect for our corporate dinner; sophisticated yet comfortable. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and had such a wonderful time dining experience.     My team an I had an incredible dining experience at Cucina Venti. The lamb chops and filet mignon exceeded our expectations in every way. Not only the food was absolutely delicious, but the service was also top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by staff, who were attentive and accommodating throughout our meal. I can truly say that my team and I had an amazing time.     Perhaps the most impressive aspect of Cucina Venti is its service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making every guest feel like a VIP. Whether you are looking for a romantic night out or a special occasion with friends and family, Cucina Venti is definitely worth a visit. Moreover, they have recently launched a new menu, which is simply fantastic.

    Outrageously priced for what you get. The food was fine, but there are many many other restaurants in the area with higher quality food that are better and less expensive. Maybe I was paying for the white tablecloths? It was very romantic looking, but service was a bit obsequious. Prices are easily 1.5x what you’d pay at any other restaurant, with servings that are 1/2 the size. At this price, I can eat at Michelin one-Star restaurants but this was no where near that quality. $35 for a grilled octopus salad that was definitely starter size, no fancy presentation, and with rubbery (but flavorful octopus. $50 for seafood fettuccine pasta. Good house made pasta, but fish overcooked. Barely enough food.

    I have dined here many times through out the years. I absolutely love the new menu they have. I ordered the lamb meatballs. Very similar to there old lamb skewers. Perfect flavors and perfectly cooked. For my main I ordered the new Chicken entrée. Amazing presentation and flavors. Served with a roasted red pepper sauce that just makes the dish. My husband ordered the Filet. To die for! Served with Black Truffle mashed potatoes.. So good. They have some amazing new cocktails that they are making at the tables. It is so impressive the experience you receive here. I can not love this place more.

    Food was EXTREMELY overpriced for average taste and portion size. Service was decent. But they added 25% gratuity for a party of 2, without asking or informing beforehand. Not acceptable! I would still understand if the service was of that level but it did NOT deserve a 25% gratuity for just a 2 person table.

    I admit that I didn't realize that there was a lunch menu and a dinner menu; therefore, I was disappointed that the meal I wanted wasn't offered. However, the risotto I had was very tasty. My husband enjoyed his scallops, and I enjoyed his grilled asparagus and spinach. I would like to return one evening when I'm not driving to test out the drinks and the fettuccini with duck confit. NOTE: The restaurant was VERY, VERY cold. I'm not normally cold, and I was cold. My husband was cold. And our request for a warmer place or a change in temperature was declined. The bathroom, however, was warm.

    This restaurant is pretentious and overpriced. Great service until the food came and then we were ghosted. $30 for a glass of wine and 20% gratuity charge for two people. It’s located in a shopping center next to 7-11. If you want to bring your own bottle of wine the corkage fee is $50. I will never dine here again and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone unless you’re on your company’s dime. Seriously full of themselves.

    Food and drinks both good, but are overpriced. Indoor is cute (but can be sleepy) for celebratory dinners — avoid outside seating of all kinds (cold in winter, and noisy by the street either way. They’ve made it cute with greenery, but the set up is not great for the cost you will pay for food). Note this skews towards a more mature crowd given the costs.

    It's official, Cucina Venti is our favorite Italian restaurant in the Bay Area. The atmosphere is luxurious, comfortable, and inviting. The staff are plain-spoken and soft-spoken, attentive and swift. This is a first-class operation. The food is consistently good, every time we visit. Every time, without fail. The atmosphere accommodates a relaxed meal and easy conversation. The noise level is low enough that you can talk with others in your party comfortably, without raising your voice. Cucina Venti has comfortable seating both inside and outside, with heaters for cool weather and canopies to keep you in the shade on sunny days. Unassuming from the outside, and excellent inside (and on the patio), Cucina Venti is the Italian restaurant you need to try. Simple as that. See you there!

    The food was great. Salads were beautiful and great flavors. They ran out of Filet Mignon😑, so I went with the chicken, very good. I had the Sidecar cocktail-very tasty!

    We were unable to dine here. We were turned away because we had my son with me (2 months old) and they do not allow children. He was asleep and stayed asleep the entire time we dined at the restaurant next door and our reservation was for the patio. Open table does not have this policy listed anywhere and so we were unaware of it when making the reservation.
