   Nice lunch spot downtown. Service was really good, and so was the food. The only negative was the noise level. Once the room filled, we struggled to hear each other talk at our table of 4. Aside from that, I'd recommend it.

   We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The bacon-wrapped fig appetizer was delicious. This is obviously a pre-theatre restaurant and they have it down pat getting your food out on time. We’ll definitely make this our go to pre-theatre restaurant!

   My husband and I love eating here when we stay at the Lancaster hotel. Both are impeccable for service and quality. We stay at the hotel everytime we attend a function in the theater district. See you all soon.

   Excellent experience as usual. Food is amazing and service too. The tables are just so close so you don’t have any privacy to talk. It is kind of noisy. My previous experience was tolerable but this time I have to speak everything in Spanish so the tables around me couldn’t understand but I heard all their conversation. So if you go there just talk about basic things. I wish the restaurant can improve that. Otherwise is excellent

    So from time to time we make our way downtown and always love going to Cultivated. Our waitress/host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating . Please keep her! She made a difference! Sorry I don’t remember or did I just not catch her name. Just sending her a big shout out and thank you. The last time we were there however was also a Sunday and we were able to order off the lunch menu. Not this time —-only off the brunch menu. I missed having their tuna fish salad sandwich which is the only time I order a tuna fish salad sandwich—it’s that good. Maybe next time.

    Lovely restaurant but can get very loud. Food and drinks were excellent as was our server, Teo. It would be nice if they comped the valet for diners, $18 plus tip is a lot after an expensive meal.

    This restaurant has gone down Hill since our last visit. The food was okay. It was expensive for what it was. The clientele is now a much older generation. The staff were hurried and did not make you feel like you could take your time and enjoy. Food order was asked for before we got drinks. Disappointed.

    The best meal I have had since before the pandemic. To start, their bread was delicious. I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked and paired with the best asparagus I've ever eaten. My mother had the salmon and she commented several times how good it was. My dad had the chicken and also really enjoyed it. For dessert, the bread pudding and strawberry mousse cake were excellent.

    Cultivated F+B is so dependably good that it's easy to overlook how really solid it is. Whatever you desire for main dining favorites, you can get it here. And if you want to customize some, no problems. Solid bar and desserts to boot. Overlook at your own risk. Btw if you want a quieter dining experience, come on a Saturday night during the Symphony performance. It's busy before the performance and after, but during it's a calm zen dining experience.

    Absolutely love this place. Food is great, service superb. If you are on a hurry to go to the opera, ballet etc, they work with you. The only down side is that some of the portions are tiny. I ordered the sea bass that was delicious but it looked like a sample and was expensive. Noise can get annoying sometimes

    A very nice quiet dinner spot before going to a show. We sat at the bar and Bob took good care of us. We ate lightly and enjoyed what we had. We had the mussels, Beet Salad and Tuna Tartar. The martinis were also great pours.

    Great service and a .4 mile walk to The Theater Under the Stars. We each had a cup of soup then split a spare ribs entree. Perfect amount of food for us. Everything, including the bread platter was delicious. I also had a Showstopper (mixed drink) that was tasty and generous.

    We stayed at the Lancaster and wanted to have a nice dinner before the opera. It was so busy, so I would definitely recommend a reservation. I noted when I made the reservation through open table that we wanted a romantic table, and I feel like they gave us the best table in the house! Our drinks were perfect and the service was great. Our server was a little slow at times, but this place was so crowded so that was obviously why. They served fresh baked bread, which was lovely. We had the calamari, half Caesar salad, cup of onion soup, rack of lamb, and scallops. Everything was incredible. We were too stuffed for dessert, but they have an impressive dessert menu. Overall, this was a terrific experience which we cannot wait to recreate.

    We hadn’t dined here for a while and glad we came back. Dined before going to Jones Hall. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Excellent service. A little loud due to the happy hour bar crowd. Its a very small restaurant with a big bar.

    We love this restaurant, and have eaten here many times through the years. The location is fabulous, plus valet parking! Our food was good last night, particularly the French Onion Soup and the scallops and shrimp entrees. Had a very good server who was swamped, trying to serve people both inside and out. We will be back!

    Celebrating our 48th anniversary at a long recognized but never experiencing boutique venue. The food was excellent, with the chicken breast gaining particular approval. Nice to get a burger also. Wine was very reasonable and appropriate, indeed extensive, choices. Due to the coziness of the small restaurant, tables were close together, but in no way intrusive. So happy to have Open Table assure us a seating at a pre-show dining adventure clearly in demand.
