   Service is always bad! Will not return. There isn't enough staff on the floor. The hostess was gone most of the time. The servers were overwhelmed. Manages are no where to be seen and definitely not helping on the floor. We were told that all departments were short. Everything took long. 30 plus minutes for drinks. 45 plus minutes for food. Staff is very unaccommodating. Will not change the channel, will not change the music on a finals game. Our waitress did try her best, but just did not have help.

   Service was outstanding. The server always smiled, gave us menu recommendations, and checked on us often. He convinced me to get the Big Daddy chocolate cake for dessert and it is to die for. Thank you 😊

   My family and me really enjoyed the food and how spacious it is. My husband and I definitely will be back for the Nachos and IPA fish and chips. Much Mahalos for having us there for Mother’s Day!!!!!👍

   My friends and I had an incredible time last night. The service was nice the only hiccup was having to wait in one line and later being told to go to a different area entirely. But, we were seated pretty quick. Our server was on top of things. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that the appetizer I ordered came with a power card automatically so that was pretty cool. Overall it was nice. Can’t wait to go back.

   We haven’t been to Dave & Busters in a long time. They must have been short handed. Tables around us were uncleared and messy. Our waitress was very nice.

   Love how quiet it was on Easter. Our server Christopher was amazing and kept checking in on my party consistently. Overall had an amazing time and D&B and the food is great as always.

    Our service stephan was great was attentive and provided the best service that he could at the moment. Our appetizers are also great tasty and came quickly. The entrées we had or mediocre. Chicken Parmesan is over cooked and a little bit salty. My full rack of ribs definitely worth the price and tasty. My wife had the Kal-Bi Which is tasty but little too much gristle. Kind of disappointed at the Variety of food available. I’m sorry to say the best part of my meal with the appetizers.

    Everything was great. Haven’t been there since Covid pandemic started about 2 years ago. Server was very nice and the food was delicious. Family enjoyed eating and playing games at Dave and Busters. Will be back in the future.

    Service was bad. Waiter did everything to avoid taking our order then giving the bill. Had to ask for out drinks numerous times. Ordered side orders of stuff we never got. Manager wasn’t any help. Food was salty with lots of pepper

    The waitress said she could request our pepperoni flatbread could be made 1/2 cheese, 1/2 pepperoni but while the other entree came out, we were told they couldn’t do it. We said okay, all cheese. It took over 20 mins for it to be made! It’s an appetizer but it was my 4yr old’s dinner! How can an appetizer take more than 20 mins! My dtr was so hungry she ate all other stuff before her pizza came and barely ate any when it finally did. The manager took it off the bill but it was still very bothersome and overshadowed the evening.

    We were there for my 12 year old daughter’s birthday. The food wasn’t bad. They cooked the ribs how we wanted but put entirely too much barbecue sauce on them. The drinks during dinner barely had alcohol in them. However, when we went upstairs to order drinks, they were much better. It wasn’t packed upstairs when playing games so that was a plus.     My wife & I took our son & (6) of his friends to enjoy his 12th birthday at D&B’s. The games upstairs offered them a lot of entertainment and fun but for a hefty price. We then made our way downstairs to have lunch. All the boys had cheeseburgers & French fries. Immediately you could tell the hamburgers were thin, microwaved & very stiff you couldn’t even separate the buns. Only (1) of the boys actually ate their burger. My wife & I had the Kalua pig Nachos which was pretty good but served cold because it was left at the wrong table for I don’t know how long. While waiting for our food our Server spilt some Fruit Punch on the table then used her hand to wipe it off somewhat but then I had to wipe the seats because the juice got pushed right on the chair I was sitting on. When we were done I informed our Server twice that we were finished everyone had left the table, the kids, the presents, the cake everything but I still had to wait 10 minutes before I had to go to the bar & ask for my check to pay. Needless to say it was very disappointing. The people were polite but I would not recommend anyone go there for an actual meal.

    Service was very slow and next time I would recommend if you are looking to play games - eat elsewhere beforehand. For the cost, slow service and quality of food / wouldn't recommend.

    We had our Christmas office lunch there on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm so it wasn't crowded at all, which would account for the low noise level. The Garlic Parm Truffle Fries alone is worth the trip - absolutely to die for! But all appetizers were good with generous portions. I'd describe the menu as "bar food" with the exception of the Chimichurri Bowl which is exceptional for being so healthy, eye-appealing & delicious.

    It was not very busy and yet two of us had to wait over an hour and a half for our food because apparently it was given to the wrong table (only three tables in whole restaurant occupied btw) and after repeatedly asking where our food was, they finally brought it out at the end, when the rest of our party had already finished their food and we were pretty much ready to leave. And we only ordered a kids meal and chicken wings. Ridiculous. They didn’t charge us for those two items but of course they shouldn’t have. Some of our party’s food was undercooked and had to be sent back. Also during the experience, a guy just dropped down a bunch of forks in the middle of the table… so awkward and weird. We didn’t get a setting with a napkin until later when the server gave them to us. She was nice, but honestly the worst service overall that I’ve experienced. I knew it wasn’t that great going in, but did not expect that at all. Def don’t dining in the restaurant area.

    It was my son’s birthday. He really enjoyed himself and the company of his aunties, uncles and cousins. The waitress was awesome real quick and very patient with our order and our keikis. However at the end, 2 meals wasn’t prepared for 2 people for our party of 18, which was very disappointing. But, there was no problems taking it off my tab… regardless of the situation, my son was happy and left her a nice 35ish% tip,sometimes you never know what’s going on in the background. Could of been short staffed. I always give the benefit of the doubt.. The main thing was my son was happy at the end of the entire time there…

    Our waitress was delivering food to a table who arrived later than my party. She was pleasant, however she did not check on our party as much as much as the 6 Caucasian party. Furthermore we had to wait more than 45 minutes to receive our food.

    Our reservation was not properly honored. They seated us on a table upstairs and when we asked why, the hostess replied that they are rotating customers' seating between upstairs and main dining room?, and there are no more table on the main dining room available for us. However, we looked around and saw that there several empty tables and her reply was they were all already reserved (but we also have reservation), and for rotating customers, the upstairs dining room with almost over 12 tables, is almost empty except for us and one other table. I requested to discuss my concern with the manager and while waiting for him, I saw the hostesses and confirmed that they were sitting customers, without reservations, in the main dining room. When the manager came and found out our concern, he immediately told us to come down and sat us in the main dining room. I am wondering why the hostesses did what she did to us, could it be picking and choosing the type of customer??/

    I called to inquire about having a small birthday party for an adult. The staff immediately got back to me (I'd left a message) and answered all my questions thoroughly. When we got there our server went above and beyond to take care of all our needs. Super appreciated the loud shot out to the birthday boy and the whole restaurant as well. I've never been to a D&B before but they really knocked it out of the park and made sure we had a great time and great service. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. And obviously the games upstairs were super fun too!

    The hostess was unwilling to seat our party of 4in a booth when I checked in for my reservation. There were many booths open, a few dirty and a couple of them were clean. When the waitress finally came by to ask what our drinks order was I asked her if we could move to a booth and we were immediately reseated in a booth so idky the hostess wouldn’t accommodate us. Then our drink order took forever. Something about the the waitress’s ordering device wasn’t connecting? So we just walked to the bar to get our drinks faster and just wondering why she didn’t just do that, just physically walk to the bar to put in our order. We had to and it worked. Faster than ordering through her and without all the problems and excuses. And then there’s the food. The bone in wings were dehydrated and tiny with little meat. The fish and chips quantity wise was good but the fish super oily. Garlic Truffle fries are yum. The kalbi plate never came. After 40 minutes we had to cancel the kalbi plate order because we had to go. I think the order never went in. And not one smile from an employee. Such a gloomy place. D&B embarrassed me because I suggested to eat there. In the past before Covid I remember it being good. Can’t blame everything on Covid. My coworkers that I told about this experience…everyone said they had a horrible experience and one coworker said “never again.”

    MY party of 7, 2 children and 5 adults were seated at 11am at opening on a Wednesday. After our waitress took our order, we waited over 45 minutes for half of our order to come. Then waited another half hour for the rest of our food. The steak Philly sandwich was practically lukewarm. The children were finally able to enjoy the pizza but had to wait till eternity for the adults to finish eating. Ironically, the restaurant was not even at fully capacity. This was a poor choice to celebrated fall break with my niece and her family who flew in from Lanai.
