To improve a bit the ambience feeling, I would recommend to fix the tables as they tend to be quite wobbly and use a table cloth to make it a bit more premium.

Table was tiny for the amount of food we ordered. Given the size of the table they should at least space out when the food is being served. There is a 1.5 hour limit to dine but there is really no need for the food to come all at once it felt rushed and unpleasant. We much prefer dining at the elements outlet but sadly that has closed. As much as w enjoy the food we wouldn’t be coming back again. There are other options available perhaps Chinese library or Duddell for similar innovative dim sum.

Nice menu, good location but staff in a hurry to leave as kitchen closes at 9 pm. As a result, they start chasing you to place any dessert order by 8.30 pm and want you to go by 9 pm.

Being vegan, I had eaten here before and asked for a dish I had previously eaten but this time, they refused to bother making it. The tone of the waiter was shocking. I was truly disappointed that my family and I left and dined elsewhere with much better food choices and service.

Food is always outstanding. The tofu panna cotta needs to be tried to be believed. It's always a joy to go to and a no brainer for my partner's first day out of quarantine. Lobster bao is great though it does suffer from DSL's usual problems with bao dim sum, mainly the large amount of bun to filling. For the lobster it wasn't as bad as the mushroom bao; I think the cinching helped in this regard.

The service was quite terrible - the waitress was quite rude. We had to ask to be served… mind as well be self serve. We were also kicked out at 2:30pm, no one had told us the area we were sitting was only available till 2:30 and we had to abruptly end our conversation. They could have offered us a table to continue… was very hostile. The food was great but I would have to reconsidering given the service.

Food portion is small and are over priced. The fusion dim sum is not that attractive. What impressed me most are the black truffle shrimp dumpling and the black garlic Siu Mai. Dan Dan noodle also tasted good.

Wagyu beef puff was overpowered by the pepper with little taste of the beef; the ginger lobster bun was overpowered by the ginger and spring opinion with little taste of the lobster. The tea was rather bland. Overall not up to standard for a dim sum place.

Good food as always but serving sequence was haphazard as the main course has arrived first and the dim sum came much later. It was only half full and a busy kitchen is a good kitchen; given less demand, it appears the kitchen service was sloppy although the waiting staff were good and friendly as always.
