   Great food, and great for kids. Went with 8 and 6 year old, and they loved the fish and chips (split between them).

   The wait staff were not knowledge of their wine list or if one existed at all. The restaurant has incorporated a new menu that restricts guests from making side order choices on most of the meals. The meals come with set sides that are zucchini and a potato mostly. When I dine I want full freedom to pick what I want to eat. I ordered a medium steak and received a well done steak, no time to send it back for it took about 30 mins to receive it in the first place. This restaurant is trying hard to revamp which is understandable however, they need to be aware of their current customers and customer’s taste. Don’t fix what isn’t broken!!

   I have been coming here for the last 4 years for Thanksgiving dinner. I love the prices and you can get a Thanksgiving meal or seafood. Less crowded than usual this year but still a great 3 course meal and no wait.

    I reserved a table outside for my birthday dinner. It was a hot evening but so nice to sit under an umbrella by the water. The food was tasty and the service very good. I'd go back and recommend that others give it a try.

    We went here for the crabs, which they didn't have. Be sure to reserve crabs if you want them. The prices weren't the same as what was on the menu. There's a sign on the door that says they charge more, but it isn't specific. On their menu, their crab cake dinner comes with a roll. In reality, you have to order it separately. We asked for plates to share the appetizers that we ordered, and they didn't come until after we had our entrees. It was a surreal experience. We've been going here for years. This time felt off. We're hoping this was an exception.

    The food was just ok. Not horrible, but certainly not worth the money. Service was horrible and I had to ask serval times for utensils and other dining needs. I would recommend for social drinking and scenery, but certainly not for dining.

    Our party of six was sat outside on time, but at a table that was leaning toward the water a lot. 2 of our group was very uncomfortable feeling like they could tip back. We asked if we could move, and was not picky where. After being told they had no tables available ( many empty) we said, ok then we won’t be staying. They found us a table quickly in “courtyard”. They pushed 2 tables together with a weathered torn umbrella and chairs that were actually falling apart.. huge liability issue.. we switched out chairs on our own. After finally ordering, one entree came out before appetizers and he was done his meal way before anyone else was served. We asked for some condiments that never came (asked 2 different servers) the management here seems to be the main issue from our POV. The food was ok- not worth the money though. We were extremely disappointed. What a shame, this place has so much potential.

    My belated birthday dinner at Dock of the Bay, was very good. Service was great, we sat at the bar,only because it was kind of hot outside when we arrived. The service was great! The food was really good and prices were reasonably for traditional seafood. Highly recommend the stuffed shrimp platter! By the way, the water front views are stellar!!!Would definitely go back!

    Some of our meals came out cold. We sent it back through a another helper because our server didn’t get back to us for awhile. The replacement meals were very good.

    I had a reservation for 4 outside. There were a number of tables available, yet they put us at one with no shade that looked at the playground (and we had teenagers, not little children with us). It was rather disappointing. Our server didn’t refill our waters either (which is what my children were drinking). Our food was pretty good, but overall, not the best experience. If we had a better table, we could have overlooked some of the other factors.

    We enjoy eating by the water. The food is always good. Simple stuff, sandwiches, soups, Chesapeake Bay type fare. Service leaves something to be desired. Don't go if your hung up on service or in a hurry. Go if you like overlooking the water, marinas, the bay. Not for everybody, but my family enjoys it. It's a destination for us.

    Food was great! Kitchen was a little backed up due to some very large tables. Wasn’t a big deal- they let us order the kids meals and then the kids got to play on the playground while the adults ate. The Only not so great part was that our waitress seemed to avoid checking on us. I think she was feeling nervous about the kitchen being backed up. We just would have liked our drinks refilled more frequently.

    Awesome service, great food. Outdoor seating was comfortable with an amazing view. Our table was ready for us upon arrival, ample parking for cars & boats. A huge bar with lots of seats. We will be back again soon!

    Very slow to be seated although plenty of inside tables. Was not even greeted or told of wait. Waitress was hardly there waiting long to get drinks or take orders.
