Great food and staff, lovely view to top it off

The wine and cocktails are marked way up, and the meals are pricey and decent. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance great, but I'm not sure I'm coming back

oh you must enjoy this incredible restaurant when you are in Cabo. The food is outstanding, the drinks and wine selection are exceptional and the service is over the top.

Beautiful setting and a very attentive staff! The food was good but not as outstanding as one would expect when paying that much money for a New Year's eve dinner. Overall it was a great experience and we would return!

Service is impeccable here and food quality outstanding! We stayed at the resort for 5 nights and ate breakfast here daily. They remember your name and whatever special occasion you are celebrating, as well as any food allergies you may have. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was beautiful, cocktails well crafted and the service was great. Highly recommend the crusted sea bass if it is available. The homemade bread was a super addition. Fantastic dining experience.

Service was impeccable but not stuffy. Ordered a signature cocktail that was sadly mediocre. Just citrus and tequila and kind of light on the tequila - I don’t like a strong tequila flavor so the mediocrity was in the lack of “craft” involved in the mixing - had a flavorless ancho chili floating in it. Tuna tartare was generous but the delicate flavor of the fish was heavily overpowered by the tomatoes, onions, etc. I had the fish of the day (sea bass) which was much more dry than I’m accustomed to and my daughter had sea bass with poblano pepper sauce and goat cheese which was very nice. We shared a side of truffle macaroni and cheese which was delicious. Traditional churros for dessert which were fine. I had a local blonde beer, Cabo something (don’t remember the name) and it was good. Total with tip was just a little over $200. Lovely setting and equally lovely people. All staff wore masks, none of the guests - not one.

The resort is absolutely breathtaking! Our meal and the service was phenomenal and we ate to the accompaniment of a live acoustic guitar performance under a full moon. I can’t promise you the two latter elements but the ambience, view, food and service are worth the trip.

The meal we had at Don Manuel’s was one of the best we have had in Cabo. Ivan and Cuberto were our servers and never missed a beat, if our water class was getting low, or if we needed a wrap because the air was getting chilly, it happened. Excellent service. If you love mushroom soup this is the place to get it, simply delicious.
My daughter had the lobster and grandma’s pasta and I had a Mexican beef dish (unfortunately I don’t remember name) that was wonderful.
I mentioned my daughters birthday was March 14, so they surprised her with a dazzling dessert display. I ordered the churros and I will never be able to get them another place.
We will definitely be back.
FYI: the Mexican Martini is to die for 💕

The best food and service!

Located right next to the ocean, so the ambiance and environment is stellar. We ordered the Oaxaca cheese with chorizo, which was really good (it's just melted cheese and meat, of course it's good). We ordered some drinks, like the special margarita our waiter recommended. It was really fruity and sweet, which I enjoyed. For mains, we got three kinds of tacos: lobster, sea bass, and skirt steak. My favorite by far was the lobster tacos, the orange sauce on it was just amazing. The sea bass was also really good too. Each taco plate came with 3 tacos and some salad, about$25 to $30 USD per plate.
