   Booked a table for Mother's day dinner. The food was OK nothing to write home about. I struggled to find a difference between rosemary chips and plain chips. The smell was the same as was the taste. The only difference is rosemary chips are more expensive. The service wasn't anything out of ordinary. I don't think any of my family will ever suggest a revisit.

   Friendly service, we appreciated being able to take our time ordering. The food was delicious, especially my "build your own" hamburger! The restaurant seemed clean and it was an overall great lunch.

   Ok but food is nothing special. It didn’t arrive very hot and there is nothing worse than luke warm fries. The cold slates that the food arrives on doesn’t help. You need hot plates to start with. The ladies toilets had no hot water, no bin for the used paper hand towels and no pegs in the cubicle to hang my bag on. I had to put my bag on the not so clean floor which I hate. All in all a disappointingly average experience.

   There was quite a lot of confusion though we had preordered our food . The gluten free pasta was completely mushy and not al Dante at all . Lots of confusion even in serving the drinks

   Asked staff about a pizza base and was told “I don’t know” with no intention of finding out look like she was walking around in a daze or on another planet.pizzas were poorly presented and very basic dough was undercooked and anaemic looking.I order the pesto and goats cheese and it was inedible due to having such a neat concentration of pesto on top about 3mm deep all over.plus all the chutney was thrown into the middle in a heap.I did say I wasn’t happy and was told it would be replaced after other orders were for filled I chose not to have another one as my family would of finished by then.All in all I found it very overpriced and not very enjoyable we will not be recommending or visiting again.The only small mercy is I wasn’t charged for my pizza !

   Was seated at 7pm, put food and drink order in almost immediately, an hour later we were still waiting for food even though tables who came in and ordered after us had received their food well before us. After over an hour of waiting the food finally arrived, there was barely any meat on the pizza and we were just very disappointed

    Excellent meal out with the family. Great food and such a nice dessert that was a real surprise. Doughnuts but done so well and tasty. Definitely would visit again as staff and service were excellent

    This was our first time dining at Dough&Co. Myself and my family really enjoyed our early dinner. Everything was very good, and from the time we ordered to receiving our food was maybe 10 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t overly busy, but we will be back.

    The hearing was not working. Was not aware when booking and the restaurant was empty so we didn’t end up having anything there. Just left and went somewhere else instead.

    Lovely food but freezing in there as heating wasnt working ! Customers sitting in their coats and not fair on the staff who have to work there.

    It was just OK, highlights were meats on the charcuterie board and pizzas. Wine just about passable. Bathrooms need a good clean and staff need training on the menu.

    The staff were not interested in serving us, the food was pitiful, the calzone came with hardly any filling and I feel it was overpriced for not very good food. Very disappointed as was very much looking forward to it. The whole restaurant didn't have any kind of vibe, very dull. Won't be visting again

    Arrivedcand waited at door nearly 5 minutes to be seated, restaurant was quiet. Ordered a pizza, pasta and dough triangles. Pizza burnt on one side and the rest luke warm and cheese not really melted. Dough triangles very chewy and barely cooked. Pasta dish was basically a bowl of pasta with sauce, hardly any meat or mushrooms. Very disappointed overall. Mentioned issues to staff who said they would pass feedback to kitchen

    My friend and I took our little girls for dinner here. I normally don't leave this type of reviews but I really think that you need to do something if you don't want to keep losing customers. The wait was ridiculous. The food was already cold by the time it was served, I asked for salt and pepper and 30 minutes later and after finishing my food, it was still not brought to the table. The ice-cream that we were told would be with us in 5 minutes took 15 minutes to arrive. The restaurant wasn't extremely busy to be an excuse for the delay. The time we have been there 2 different groups of people left the restaurant because they weren't served and one person commented that this is how it usually is This really ruined the experience and it is quite a shame as we have been there before and the food was really good and we recommend it to friends but based on this experience I will not be doing it anymore.

    Very tasty wood fired pizzas. Nice atmosphere, attentive staff. Only side note would be the menu could have a chilli rating on it as both of ours had a kick to them. but the kids loved there basic ones.

    Food was very tasty, and good size portions. We felt service was very slow especially it being very quiet, only about 10 other diners. Staff very friendly. Only down side my daughter ordered the doughnuts with strawberries and cream. We had waired a while for it to come and when it came it had a very sweet artificial strawberry sauce on it. Not mentioned in description did not enhance dessert. But as we had waited a while and were all tired we didnt complain at the time. Shouldn't really add things on that are not in description.

    Absolutely terrible and will never visit again. One of four tables in the restaurant and took two hours to get one pizza. No service - we had one drink over two and half hours and had to try our hardest to get attention to order water. I wouldn’t even rate this restaurant one star. Clearly prioritise deliveries over in-person customers.

    Very slow service and food delivery (we were told it would take an hour and in the end it took 45 mins) even though it was almost empty. This appears to be because of the heavy volume of takeaway orders. This is really a takeaway business with a restaurant on the side.
