Need to book at 7:00 PM?Other great restaurants with availability.
Hostesses were great especially Paige
Always consistent with food and service.
Food delicious as usual. One thing to improve is the availability of wine bottles that are printed in the menu!
We were seated on the patio and found this pleasantly much quieter than the dining room. Perfect for good conversation.
Food was good, but I thought my friend’s burger order was skimpy compared to my power bowl. Only a few fries for a side.
We loved the food and drinks. The rating is high for food, drinks, and management staff. However, a lot of work is needed in service. We had to wait 20 minutes for our waiter to come over just to order drinks and ask for water. We also put in an app order. 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our app order of a dragon roll. This poor service continued. When I ordered my entree of chicken tacos I asked for no onions as I have an onion allergy, but when the waiter brought the over they each had picked red onions on them. I removed them and lucky I did not experience a reaction. I will add a lot of credit goes to the management and hostess staff as they helped quite a bit with this difficult service situation!!!
Great food and atmosphere but a bit loud at times for conversation.
Good food but very noisy! The noise level calmed down as the evening went on but at first we could barely hear each other speak. Cocktails were fantastic though and the menu is large enough for everyone to find something that they like.
Well, we certainly came at the wrong time on the wrong day but overall a great experience. When we arrived, we had to wait fifteen or so minutes after our reservation time to be seated. The majority of the restaurant was booked out for a private event that the staff were still setting up for.
Steak was absolutely fantastic! Would recommend the sirloin for sure.
Love the atmosphere, can't wait to try the rooftop!
The waitress was very good
Stephanie was a great waitress!
Consistent yummy food and great service. Always fun!
We had a great brunch sitting upstairs on the patio. It was lovely and Tyler our server was awesome.
Food was good, not great.
Great Happy Hour and delicious food.
You really need to fix the reservation/Check-in procedures, especially at lunch/dinner change over. We had a reservation at 6, showed up five minutes early, checked-in 3 times, got seated at 6:15, and I suspect only because I “hovered” by the upstairs hostess stand. Everything after that was really good, albeit taking a bit longer than normal due to being packed.
Earl’s is always steady. I go often. Good food, crowd, service. Eric, our waiter was fantastic!
Great brunch, the Palomas are delicious!
We had a great brunch outdoors!
Outdoor seating was great!
Have been there several times— it is our high energy, hipster GO TO!! Love the food and space!!
Everything was great accept service— took way too long to get out appetizers and drinks throughout our evening and took forever to get our check and be able to leave.
I have been to this location before and the food is consistently delicious. I did not finish my meal and asked for a to go box. When I opened the box later to eat it I found a piece of gum in the food.
Good veggie options
Had a 2:45 reservation, nice time to miss the lunch rush. The outside concept is so cool, but the table we were at had these annoying plant flys. The server we had, Elena, didn’t mind moving us at all before we even asked. She was so stellar and accommodating. My close friend and I had light apps and fare and she made a refreshing salad recommendation with avocado and chicken. There was never a moment we needed something and she wasn’t already there with it. We come to Earl’s often, and this was one of our best visits. Thank you!
Just a little pricey for the value /portion of food
Earl’s is BEAUTIFUL inside, not too noisy, great vibe. The appetizer was yummy as well. Unfortunately, the chicken tacos we got were very bland. The meat tasted cheap, and for this reason I felt it was overpriced. Overall, I’d come back and order something else.
What I love most about Earl’s is its variety. From steaks, to burgers, to sushi, to vegan food, it’s a great place for any occasion!
The food was very good but the service took that all away. After waiting for long periods between drinks , food and the check we were visibly not pleased with the service. When the check came the server sensed our displeasure and became aggressive and told us we all have bad days. Very disappointed and will not return.
Amazing food, relaxed atmosphere with staff that complimented it, but were very attentive.
Great location and seating area. The ambience was incredible there’s a bar, elegant booths, high tops and an outdoor bar and seating area. The venue was breath taking. The food was not any better than my own home cooking and the servers were lackluster. Would try again sometime, but not soon.
Went and ordered the coconut shrimp, bacon cheeseburger, and scallops risotto. The shrimp was tasty and the cheeseburger was alright. I had ordered it with avocado but they forgot to bring it to me. When I reminded the staff, they brought out a play of avocado. However, the avocado was already a little brown and tasted very lemony (I guess it’s what they used to preserve the avocado). The risotto was so salty it had to be sent back, once brought back, the risotto was very hard that we did not eat it. We ordered for dessert the key lime pie and cheesecake. Both were delicious. The place seems understaffed but they do work hard. Overall the food was either bad or lackluster.
I usually love earls but we were very disappointed with the service this time.
This restaurant has one of the most diverse menus. Something for everyone including a vegan section. Food is always good to very good here nd not over priced based on their expensive location in the Pru.
Earl's was great! The service was great except we were not able to go out to the rooftop due to a private event.
First time here, it was great!!
We had drinks and guacamole. The cocktail was fine and the guacamole was also fine. Might go there again, but I’d get a different drink and different app.
We had a really great time at Earl's! We went for Sunday brunch- the brunch menu is a little small but covers enough options. The drinks were really amazing (the Bloody Mary is insane and we ordered a nonalcoholic Caipirinha that was to die for). The waiter was friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic. We sat on the rooftop patio and it was soooo nice! What a lovely experience :-)
I met with a group of friends, arrived a little late to table & struggled to get served..asked twice, told I’ll get your server.. took some time. Food very salty and quite noisy to have a conversation.
The attention to detail in every aspect is outstanding from the foyer wall up the stairs to the finishings to the food the service presentation ambient atmosphere I rate this top 10 of Boston
