   We were looking forward to trying the Eataly brunch but were disappointed. The Eataly toast, their version of French toast, was caked in a thick layer of cinnamon to the point that the taste was overwhelming and it left a chalky texture on the inside of your mouth with each bite. Our food arrived missing part of our order. We let the waitstaff know and watched as they continued to go back and forth to two other tables multiple times before checking the kitchen for our missing food. By the time they checked in with the table we had already finished our meals and there was no point in delivering the missing items. The whole meal was underwhelming and disappointing compared to dinners we have had at the restaurant. We won’t be back for brunch.

   There’s no way to go wrong with any order, food is delicious. The appetizers and the pasta dishes are excellent, and don’t forget to order the bread. Good deals on the lunch menu. I recommend the fried zucchini and the spinach square, with white focaccia.

   Everytime we go Eataly, we see a different menu. We tried to order bread and appetizers but i was told that they were unavailable because they were busy in the afternoon. Our server was amazing. She tried to help us with the new menu trying to figure out which food is available. I think this was our last time.

   Will not be returning to this restaurant. To be candid, it was a one and done kind of experience. The servers were courteous and paid attention to detail but that was about it. My Gnocchi Al Pesto was good but the portion size did not justify the price and my girlfriend noted that her Fettucine Alfredo dish arrived cold but she was too timid to say anything. In short, the menu is lacklustre and is grossly overpriced. Go somewhere else if you can.

    The hostess at the front desk is never very friendly. We’ve had multiple instances where they just seem aloof and a little rude. I want to like this restaurant I really do, but they have consistent issues with timing of the courses coming out. The main courses came before the salads,  when we seemed displeased by this, they proceeded to put the main courses under heat lamps, which is not really a solution that I think diners would enjoy. Ultimately we ended up taking the main courses and just picking atbthe salad. We decided to cut the evening short and not bother with dessert. A disappointing experience.
