   Let me start out by saying that we have gone to Eddie V’s multiple times, and this was was the worst experience. The service was good. The 22 ounce bone in ribeye is very thin, would compare to one from Longhorn. The second drink ordered tasted nothing like the first one and even though they took it back and “remade it is still tasted the same… They did comp it, but I didn’t drink it. When you pay $350.00 you expect it to be better than a Longhorn.

   Overall, service and atmosphere were excellent. The crab cake, shrimp and truffle mac and cheese were amazing. My steak was good not great, and for my taste the cocktails were a little too sweet.

   The entire staff at Eddie V’s were extremely courteous and friendly. Regan was very informative and attentive for our celebratory meal for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. All in all a great pre-concert experience. We will most definitely be back!!

    We celebrated our 32nd anniversary at Eddie V’s in Nashville. From the minute we walked in until we walked out the door……it was an amazing experience! The food, the cocktails, the ambience, all first class! There were rose petals on our table & an anniversary card. The piano player even played our favorite song! Hands down my new favorite fine dining experience. The 24kt cocktail is out of this world! Highly recommend Eddie V’s! It’s conveniently located across the street from Bridgestone Arena. Beautiful views. Definitely a 5-star experience!!

    We have enjoyed Eddie V's in El Segundo. Ca. This Eddie V's is comparable with excellent food and stellar service. Our server, Chris, made the evening delightful for us.

    We enjoyed a great birthday meal. Caviar was outstanding, lobster was delicious, as was the crab fried rice and sea bass. Service was perfect.

    We went to Eddie V’s for my husbands birthday. The food was outstanding. Everything from the lobster to the steak was cooked to perfection. I can not say enough about our server. Her name is Kelsie and she was beyond exceptional. She made our dining experience very memorable. She was knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

    We had to send our steak back twice, but they made it right by taking the steak off our bill. The restaurant was beautiful, the music was nice and food was delicious. Our waitress was outstanding. Highly recommend.

    The food was delicious. The food too a really long time but the server was SO kind and took care of us. She apologized for the kitchen being behind and comped us som food. She made it right. The love music was great too.

    I’ve been here before and was a super excited to have a nice dinner. Unfortunately we had a reservation and didn’t get sat for at least 30-45 minutes with no communication from the front desk until we asked more than once. Thankfully our waitress went above and beyond and we still had an amazing dinner. I will be back, the waitress did tell me her name but it’s slipped my mind. Would like her to know she’s amazing.

    There were issues with foods and special directions given to the chef which were ignored, and then the food came exceptionally late, and there was no time to re-order anything. The waiter instead of asking how the other peoples food was just avoided the table, which, of course, compounded the issue. Not once in the 2+ hours we were dining did a manager come by and say hello check our table, including when we came in the door to check in for a reservation. Some of the service techniques were also not up to par, including the pouring of the wine, and of course, the clearing of the table as the waiter literally cleared one dish into another towards me and on my lap. The brutal part of this whole thing is that this is easily fixed with proper training and somebody just caring. The food was exceptional, except for the food that was wrong. The server assistant also was very attentive, but again still needed some training to understand the mechanics of their job. Overall to me this is a management issue and a training issue that with the prices being charged, and the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen. It’s unacceptable to have it fall down in the front of the house. at the end of the day when I go back… Perhaps which is sad because the food really was very good the shrimp cocktail was as good as it gets and my wife had a filet mignon Oscar style, which is world class and some of the appetizers in the wine and the bread was good not great, but the bread was good.

    In Nashville for conference and met coworkers for dinner. The service was excellent but literally had to shout at our waitress to communicate. Our food took a very long time to get. The manager came to table to apologize for the delay and then it arrived within a couple minutes but everything was pretty much cold or warm at best except one side dish which was so hot couldn’t pick up. All The food was very tasty would have better if had been hotter would likely try Eddie V’s again

    Beautiful restaurant! Great escape from the downtown Nashville vibe! Service was impeccable, food was delicious! On the expensive side, but I would recommend to anyone who wanted a really nice dinner experience in the heart of Nashville!
