FROM ANCIENT GRAINS TO MODERN PIZZA, WE ARE EMMER.
Our name is our beginning: Emmer an ancient, organic heritage grain, which we blend with rye and good Italian flour. These hand-selected grains are lower in gluten, and higher in nutrients like antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
We don’t use them because they sound good, or just because they are good for us, we choose them because they make every pizza naturally better, and naturally tastier.
The final pizza is the perfect blend of chewy and crunchy. Light inside, with just the right bite of crunch from the crust. 11 inches, 6 slices and shared…or not! Eat in with a good soundtrack and even better service. Or take it to go, to enjoy wherever, with whomever.

The Margherita pizza tasted nice but the dough was too thin and a bit to soft/dense to hold everything when you hold it, if the crust was just a bit thicker it would be great, the brunch items were great though, except the salad was not worth its price, but it would be more expensive in other restaurants for the same portion

Excellent pizza - portion of parma ham on top really depends on the chef. have ordered parma ham pizza twice in 2 weeks' time. One portion can be doubled than the other. Flat white and cappo also value for money. Service is excellent, in particular the senior level Chinese lady, maybe the manager.

We ordered a mac&cheese, and it was totally tasteless, and lack of the cheese and cream flavor. We were very disappointed about it. So we complained to the waiter, and he didn’t charge on the dish after talking to the manger. Overall the food quality is so so but the service is good.

Always love Emmer! Booked for 6 people, but came in as 10 and the restaurant accommodated us. Becoming a tradition to come here after events at The Upper House. Top notch pizzas, especially the four cheese, and drinks prices are great. A firm favourite restaurant in Hong Kong and probably my favourite pizza.

not sure how it might be solved, but the place can be quite noisy on a busy day... the pizzas were good the portioning of toppings was generous, albeit the hams were quite salty for their serving size. i would come back to try the pizzas again with a good beer instead of a sweet drink.

The food was very good. We loved the Funghi Pizza and Quattro Formaggio Pizza. The Marinara Pizza was okay. However, that's down to individual taste. The only improvement I can think of is better option for non alcoholic drinks if we have elders and children along.

A very nice and convenient place for friends to meet up. Food is nice, service is good. The salad is great and value for money. Pizza with bacon is a little bit salty, hope they can find a less salty one to replace with. Will definitely visit again in the near future.
