Service was excellent. The filet was delicious. The pasta needed more sauce as it was dry.

I always have a great experience at Firebirds. My family and I have been going to Firebirds for over 5 years weekly.

We had delicious steaks. The room is lovely and our hostess and waitress did a great job.

The steak was not a great cut. Thick on one end and thin on the other end. Asked for Medium Rare. The thick side was just that and the other end well done. The steak was charred badly which really was the most disappointing part. Three steaks were ordered at the table and all three were charred and overcooked. The rest of the meal was very good and the service was excellent. Hoping this gets straightened out because I love this restaurant.

I just moved to Virginia a month ago and wanted a nice steak dinner.. Our server definitely made up for the frustration of preseating service. We had reservations for date night at 8:00. Arrived at 7:55. The hostess said our table would be ready in 10 minutes. At 8:20 while still waiting, a couple walks in the reservations at 8:15 and got seated right away.. then 10 minutes later we got seated at a horrible table in the middle of the dining room.. I told the the hostess that I made reservation for special date and want something better than table in the middle of the room. So she found us a booth. Beyond that everything was amazing, the food and the service. Our server was above amazing and very accommodating and friendly. Even helped us with finding fun places to go in Richmond.

The BLT salad is always outstanding and nicely priced! I have never been disappointed here.

Very good as usual. One of my top places to go. Also have gotten carryout many time in the past year.

Not enough wait staff on Saturday afternoon. We had reservations for a birthday yet it took to long to seat and get waited in. Waitress apologized, but the day wasn’t up to their usual standards.

Even though we had reservations, seating was a bit awkward when we arrived. The hostesses were confusing and a little slow. Everything else was fantastic!

Steak was under seasoned and the scalloped potatoes were seasoned with too much pepper. This is the first time we experienced this at this particular restaurant.

Firebirds is our favorite "chain" restaurant. Food and service were excellent, as usual. A little disappointed that they didn't recognize wife's bday after asking if it was a special occasion. This is just a perk, but they have spoiled me into looking forward to these things. Server, Christian was very good and I think it was the Mgr, Jessie? who was doing a great job of running everywhere and doing everything. Always a great experience at Firebirds.

Our waitress Lynelle was super friendly and on top of her game. She kept my water full, the cooks did perfect allowing her to get the food out to us in a timely manner. And the food was spectacular tasting. Found a new spot to enjoy !! Thank you staff and keep up the great work.

I loved my time at Firebirds! My waitress was lovely and suggestive. My food was delicious. I was looking for a spot to have a weekly date with myself and this is definitely going to be it!

First negative service experience at Firebirds. Waitress put in the wrong meal order for my wife. She said she had messed up and would have the correct order out as soon as possible. It took 15 to 20 minutes before the correct meal arrived. The waitress never offer anything for her mistake and never checked on additional beverage needs.

I reserved a table requesting next to the fireplace in the bar. Upon arriving, a couple was seated at our table with cocktails. The hostess offered another table behind the hostess stand until the couple left. (they has just gotten there). I ordered the steak salad cooked medium. It was very rare. My friend ordered a plain burger cooked medium. A server, not our waitress) brought her a loaded hamburger that was also rare. Upon talking to our waitress, her excuse was they only had two cooks and that they were trying to "get things out to the customer"

Need More Waiters with urgency , I spent 200 dollars and the service was so confusing ....
The atmosphere was perfect but the service was slacking not to mention by me reviewing this you would think it was pack and it wasn't . My reservations was at 8:15 and they close at 10:00 so that's why I was so disappointed in the service but I still left him a big tip......
I know it Covid-19 season but firebird please hiring more attentive and urgent waiters and waitress , Thank you!

Our visit was based on an email received notifying us that their delicious Baby Back Ribs meal was on special for $19.99. They lived up to their reputation! Their Covid precautions are reassuring which makes us feel comfortable dining with them. Our servicer was great and she was very attentive to our needs.

From my experience, restaurants in the Midlothian area have horrible service- this place was really, really good. Food was fantastic. We'll be back for sure.
