                                                              It was a birthday dinner but no one bothered to ask about it. The service was rushed and the waiter didn’t even ask my husband for his order so he decided not to get anything. There were 8 of us and it was probably the worst experience there. It was hot inside and the bathroom had some kind of sewage spill. Usually, I really like this place but that night was not one of those times.

                                                              Been here several times when visiting my daughter in DC. Love the food! Only negative was it was a bit cold in the restaurant, but it was a cold day out. Other than that, service was great. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived on time for our reservation and our entire party of 13 had to wait about 25 minutes near the bar for the table to be set up. I found that odd because someone called me 4 hours prior to the reservation to ensure we were dining. So I imagined everything would be ready to go by the time we arrived. Not , the case here.

                                                              Family get together. Horrible experience from start to finish. This is not an Italian restaurant perhaps American Italian but a bad version. Service, food, restrooms (horrid) and music were a equally terrible. Absolute waste of $.

                                                              We arrived at 610pm and told the waiter that we must leave at 7:30pm to attend a concert. He assured us that dinner would be ready on time. We reminded him at 7:00pm. At 7:25pm we were informed our food would be "ready soon." We requested the bill for drinks and starters and the manager acted as if this were an imposition. Very disappointed.

                                                              We had a family gathering for Easter weekend. We were a party of 8. Our waiter(think it was Moose) was fantastic! Catered to everyone. From drinks to food everything was served together and timing was great. Food was excellent. Great portion size and priced fairly especially for Georgetown DC. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. We’re grateful for Flavio’s making our weekend special!

                                                              We had a reservation for 8 people, and they sat us at a table for 4. After I complained they move us to the right table. The waiter was impatient and rude. We tried the white and red wines, both were so bad we had to return both glasses. The wine list is extremely limited. The problem at this place is that it is too big and they don’t have enough waiters to take care of the clients. Will not go back.

                                                              We ordered 4 entrees and appetizers. The entrees came out after a long wait, but only 3. The forth entree finally came after the 3 guests were almost through with their meal. I took a couple bites and the late entry was cold in the center. They must’ve forgot it then rushed it out. The food was good, very decent for the price. But service needs improvement. It was a busy Saturday I understand, however it’s hard to justify having one guest waiting for their entree much longer than the rest of the table for it to be half cooked. The server did remove the late/uncooked entree from the bill. While that was a nice gesture, we much prefer paying for it and being to eat it at the same time as our other guests.

                                                              It is always a wonderful experience for us at Flavio! The food is consistently delectable! We love absolutely everything on their menu. Service is impeccable! Very attentive staff. This sounds like too good to be real but I assure you, I’m not. One fun note; you feel like you’re dining in a NYC club without the price tag and you enjoy an Italian meal that goes toe to toe with any Italian restaurant in NY. That’s a New Yorker speaking. I cannot say enough good things about it!

                                                              This is an open, airy and tastefully decorated restaurant. Food was exceptionally good, service very good. It isn’t quote unquote fancy but it’s more than enough for both every day dining as well as a nice treat. Will come back.
