Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Food was excellent! Great prep & execution. We are foodies & have been here before & will be back! A tip or two: for a full house you need a few more wait staff, they were heroic but struggled. Finally, the hard surfaces in the large room allow too much reverberation the noise level was uncomfortable.

The service was impeccable. The food was excellent. I must confess I am far from a qualified food critic, so any attempt to explain just how and why this was such a good dining experience would like ring hollow or inaccurate. That said, it was an immaculate experience.

Very good steak and good food, although it did take 30 minutes to place a drink order and the only thing that we got in return were excuses. For such a nice menu and well cooked food, the service was lacking. I don’t think I would go back here as there are lots of great restaurants in Seattle with much better service.

Great food. We loved the squash and Burrata to share. The wine glass selection was a nice range to complement the menu, the apple crisp was cooked perfectly so the apple pieces had a little bit of crunch. Service was prompt and a balance of friendly without intrusive. Upstairs was a bit more quiet than the first floor, still had to lean in the hear one another when the room was full. A glass of port was a lovely way to end the meal. Thank you.

Server was great but front door staff and staff who returned my call re: my reservation were not friendly and seemed put out. Food was good but not amazing esp considering the prices and the serving size. Recommendation to a friend to go there would “sure” if they don’t cook and want a nice meal and have the extra money to spend.

From start to finish, everything was excellent. Service was prompt but not intrusive. We had ample time to decide on our dinner. The food portions were perfectly sized for our appetites, but might be inadequate for those with larger appetites; however, the options of starters, small plates, and vegetable sides would make up for that. The thing that impressed me the most -- oddly enough -- was the attention they paid to clearing the table and cleaning up in between courses. No crumb left behind! I had the NZ venison, which was perfectly done, and inspires me to perhaps try a savory cranberry sauce with lamb sometime this year. My husband had the hanger steak, which he said was excellent. I finished with the warm apple crumble, which was the perfect size.

wonderful experience for our family. Delish drinks, meals and very good service. However next time I'd request a table away from the street. Sitting right up against floor to ceiling windows at a busy intersection with ambulances going by impacted ambiance.

What a great spot! Their happy hour is a great value and the food was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and the service was attentive. They brought a candle for my dessert to help us celebrate my birthday. I would definitely recommend!

The ambience was very cool and fun. The music playing was awesome all night. The service was great by everyone there. The food was absolutely delicious as were the cocktails. Would definitely come back for a celebration night as it was well worth it.

We had a solid meal and were glad to be back. Our 3-top shared an heirloom tomato salad and a tuna tartare, then ordered hangar steak, venison and wild boar gnocchi with a side of brussel sprouts. Every dish was attractively presented and well-prepared, but none really knocked our socks off. Fresh shiso leaves under the tuna took it to the next level and made it my favorite, though it may have been better named "cucumber tartare". We brought our own wines ($30 corkage/bottle), but also noticed the wine list trended towards larger or more well-known wineries, but was pretty well-rounded. The entire staff was excellent. Our server and everyone who came by the table was knowledgeable, kind, friendly and professional. It was a slow Monday night and we appreciated the attention and so impressed by this great crew.

Exceptional food and service - way beyond just the steaks! The veggies and appetizers were great too. And the wine list is high end but with reasonable markups (about 2x retail, which is the lower range of standard practice). Appetizers came very fast, entrees were slow but the server was very apologetic (we suspect the order got lost) and comped us some free appetizers.

Was excited to try this spot. My cocktail was terrible. Tough to finish. Food was decent, but not even close to what you’d expect for a $300 price tag with a party of two. Lava cake was excellent.

Food was good. Server was kind. But it’s very expensive for that type of environment/experience; and it’s fairly loud. Employees had a “meeting” at one point next to our table which was right by the kitchen despite having a reservation. Probably wouldn’t repeat. $250 after 18% tip for dinner for two, no dessert. Also the menu is quite hard to read if you aren’t a culinary professional. You have to Google the ingredients to figure out what you’re ordering.

Everything was delicious! The service was excellent. The ambiance relaxing but lively as the restaurant filled up. We really enjoyed the flavor of the wild boar and mushrooms. The old fashioneds were a great happy hour deal!

Beautiful restaurant. Outstanding, attentive staff. My Old Fashion was very well made. My issue was with the beef. We were a party of (4). Entrees ordered were: Venison, Roasted Boar, Waygu Steak, & the Hanger Steak. Both the Venison and Boar were flavorful. The Waygu and Hanger Steak were chewy and indicative of lower quality of meat. Desert was the Chocolate Peanut Butter cake which was good.

Fantastic evening. I would go back. Food was fairly priced for quality, a little on the high side, but considering inflation and such the value was good. Service was great after a bit of a wait to see our server initially. All meals and share plates were delicious and well balanced. The bread and butter was outstanding. Simple stuff makes a difference.

Came in with high expectations and perhaps they were a little inflated. With regards to food, a few of the dishes were standouts - prosciutto burrata appetizer was the best thing we had all night. Scallops entree was good and the spring asparagus side. Dessert was also excellent A few things disappointed - bread was cold, I would have thought for $7 they would serve warm bread. Wild boar gnocchi was too salty. Delmonico cut steak was unevenly cooked - asked for medium rare and got medium well in parts. For beverages, we had one bottle of the Washington Cab Franc and thought that was a great value. Service was friendly and well paced.

First time here and the experience was awesome due to our server, Yuha (unsure of the spelling of his name). His recommendations were on point specifically with the Fennel Braised boar shoulder Gnocchi, mussels, and the prosciutto app. Will come again due to his outstanding service.
