    What more can be said than it is the ONLY place to go to for the best steak meal in town. Aside from the quality of the food, the service of the staff, you get not only 1 cut of beef, but at least a half a dozen diffenet cuts to enjoy!

    Excellent food and service. The restaurant was very busy for Thanksgiving but the hosts did an excellent job getting us seated. The gauchos came around often with fresh meat, and the waiters kept our drinks full and provided side dishes. The salad bar had a lot of options as well. Great experience for thanksgiving!

    The food at Fogo de Chão was wonderful. We ate our fill, and then some. Our waiter was over the up fantastic. the reason for only three stars, is that despite having reservations, our wait time was still more than an hour and the hostess was a ding bar. Very disappointing, I expected better from this restaurant.

    Unfortunately, we'll never return to the Las Vegas location. I understand it was a holiday but they aren't new to the game. They know how to handle crowds at this time of year. We had a 7pm reservation. We arrived at 630, thinking we could have a drink in the bar while we waited. There were literally close to 100 people waiting OUTSIDE, in the cold. We were told we couldn't go in and that we had to wait outside. We were finally seated at 8pm! I would ask how much longer about every 15 minutes and was told at 730 , they were just then seating the 630 reservation crowd! Yes. Dinner was delicious and the service was great BUT, we were so put off by the treatment we received while waiting that it was hard to relax and enjoy our Thanksgiving. We weren't even offered a free cocktail, or an appetizer......nothing.

    Granted that it was our Thanksgiving diner, the way to be seated was over 30 min, with a confirmed reservation. The wait was all worth it, impeccable service, friendly waitresses, and a meal to be remembered.

    It was not the experience expected for the expense. No self-parking offered and valet parking was another, additional expense especially with the solicitation of gratuities. With a reservation, the wait time was 55 minutes. The service began frustratingly slow, however it did pick up significantly. The ambiance was that of a banquet hall as opposed to the fine dining room experience of a rival Brazilian steakhouse named for the lone star state.

    Checked in at 1650 hours gave them my phone# and they said they would text me when table was ready. Never received a text left at 1930 hours to mcdonalds...yay! Atleast the American icon had availability that the brazilians could learn a lesson from. Never again

    Food was excellent but the wait was ridiculous on when reservations were made. Way too overbooked and mismanaged on our holiday dinner. Otherwise, the table service was very good. The server was polite and attentive. The restaurant itself is a good size and has nice interior design.

    We celebrated Thanksgiving here and it did not disappoint. Reservations were running about 40 minutes behind, but our reservation was for 4:30 so we didn’t mind the wait because dinner was still at a decent time. This place was a madhouse because of the holiday, but every single one of the staff was professional and attentive. Given the level of service we received on such an insanely busy day, we can’t wait to come back for a normal night out!

    We had a reservation 6 weeks prior to the date. We still had to wait another hour. Staff was clearly overwhelmed with service. Waiter took a long time to service water and steak sauces. Manager should know based on reservations how packed it will be and shouldn’t let people wait outside for non reservations hours long. I felt bad for them. Clearly just trying to make a profit instead of giving qualitative dinner service. I believe we won’t come back.

    We went for this first time on thanksgiving. It looked like they added extra tables for the day and I can’t tell you how crowded it felt. From the waiting area to the tables being bumped into by other customers and the meat carvers trying to navigate table to table because the tables were so crammed together. It was so noisy and just felt really hectic. Things in the salad bar were empty and not refilled. We asked for drinks multiple times. The meats were great and tasted delicious, but the overall experience really was bad. I much more prefer Texas de Brazil.

    Avoid on Holidays! We love this place and eat here often. Thanksgiving was a complete cluster! Shoulder to shoulder crowds from the parking lot to every corner of the restaurant. They ran out of plates, many of the chaffing dishes were empty. Many of the usual offerings never came out. Servers working really hard but not able to keep up so drinks etc came very slowly! Reservations need to be handled better and some walk ins should necessarily be turned away. Still love it BUT, NEVER again on a holiday!

    We have been to the Los Angeles location of this restaurant, and I’ve always had a terrific experience even with a large group of people. I had been looking forward for our family group of 11 to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately, our experience at the Las Vegas location of Thanksgiving was terrible. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait 40 minutes. Our table was jammed into a corner of a side room (which was still very loud) and was located near a waiter service station so the ambience was completely lacking. The salad bar line was extremely long and discouraging for multiple visits. All the gauchos were as amazing as always, but there were two few of them, and they were so rushed that all the meat they had was extremely rare. Even for people that like rare, the meat was basically raw. Extremely disappointed. The staff overall were OK but they seemed very overwhelmed too. My overall impression is that whoever was managing the restaurant for the holiday had a goal of maximizing profit only and not providing good service or value for the pricey meal.

    I love the overall experience at Las Vegas Fogo De Chao. We've been to at least e different locations and this one is the best in food selections and service. One minor feedback is the location does need to restrategize their parking. Half the lot is blocked for valet and it is not apparent to guests that valet is free for Fogo clients and encouraged. Most the Fogo guests end up parking on a side lot next door which really defeats the purpose. They should just let everyone parks themselves or something.

    Since I went for lunch I opted just for the Marketplace salad bar. It was extensive and had some new items for fall. There was a lot of choice and I’m glad I opted to do that rather than the full meat option. Service was good as well. I’ll be back!!!

    i responded to an facebook ads that to make a reservation, I will only pay $39 dollars per person. When I pressed reserved, it directed me to open table app and then i made a reservation for 4. When I paid after our dinner, the charges was arounr $60 dollars per person. it was a misleading ad and I guess there is conspiracy between fogo de chao and open table.

    The food was amazing, as usual. We had a new (or who appeared to be new) server, so that was a bit challenging. But in the end, he came through for us. If you don’t drink alcoholic beverages then the price is just right.

    Food was great! Service, not so much. Slices of meat were stingier than other Brazilian restaurants we have been to. We waited 45 minutes for two cups of coffee and a slice of Key Lime Pie, and another 30 minutes for someone to take our CC to pay.

    Unorganized and confusing for first time.. seems like servers and introductory was rushed, not very explanatory. Servers did not listen to details when spoken to or were asked questions (hence rushed). Servers should have let the table know that the salt rock would take 30 min to warm. That way people on the table who had churrasco or full experience could have waited for everyone to eat together.

    Lovely brunch buffet and a real treat for the cost. The only disappointment is that I didn’t have enough room to taste all the delicious options… Happy hour drinks were delicious, I had the Passionate Caipirinha.
