   Great place for small groups of maybe 5 or less. The food is delicious and comes by frequently. The salad bar is always very fresh with several unique options. We had 2 small children who absolutely loved being catered to and respected as an adult by the wonderful staff. The only downside of our experience was because we had a large group. We had 10 people for my son's birthday on a weeknight. Our table was so squished together that we could not get in or out of our seats. When one person would wiggle out to get to the salad bar, they would offer to get anything for the rest of us.

   Had a 7:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until after 7:45. Server also never came around to our table and took a lot just to get drink refills. The servers carrying meat were great though.

   Took my partner here for his birthday during brunch and we really enjoyed this restaurant it was amazing. From the market table to the different types of meats that were served, me and my partner left extremely happy and went home and fell into a sleep induced coma. We will definitely be back for dinner

   From the moment we walked in the door, Landon greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. He was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Landon's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he was able to make great recommendations based on our preferences. He was also very accommodating to our dietary restrictions and made sure that we were able to enjoy our meal to the fullest. Throughout our meal, Landon checked in on us regularly to ensure that everything was going well and to see if we needed anything else. He was friendly and engaging, creating a wonderful atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Landon's professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service made our visit to your restaurant an unforgettable one.     My husband's birthday very bad attention they took us the drink late apart from my husband's dessert they did not put happy birthday my coffee and they gave it to the waiter we asked for dessert and he never brought it, only one waiter had good attention so he did not ask Yes, name but the truth is that he brought us dessert super fast and my coffee when I told him I exchanged it for a hot one. the food is not that bad but I don't like it very much 🫣🫣🫣

    Very disappointing. Restaurant was understaffed, drinks took a half hour to get to the table, server was nice but overwhelmed and unprofessional. Seafood tower was below expectations because the seafood was rubbery and tough. We requested chicken a half a dozen times and it took an hour to finally get it. Overall not worth the money for quality and service.

    Awesome restaurant very healthy choices at the salad bar, delicious meets cooked and seasoned to perfection , nice ambience where u can have a conversation with your companion and great wines and drinks too. The price was very good for what u get there. Loved it would go there again.

    Brought some family out to Fogo. We were a large party. The hostess was rude, and seated us so that people would have to push their way to the salad bar. We asked to be moved and she was visibly annoyed. After that, smooth sailing. They seem short staffed, so we gave a lot of leeway. Food was excellent, the guys that came around with meat were super friendly and attentive. Great place to go, but very expensive (of course).

    Despite the attempts of some of the servers, overall the experience was well below expectation. We had to continually ask for specific meats that were listed on the menu and not to be seen. We asked for specific sides which were promised and never showed. To end the meal, we waited a VERY LONG time for a pre-planned birthday dessert. But the cherry on the proverbial cake was getting charged for our coffee that never showed up! Big disappointment!

    My first server was not very professional at all. We waited for water for at least 10 minutes while other tables around us were getting water after being seated after us. It was made up by the OG server with the short hair. Her and the two newly employed young men saved the day with getting things for us because our waitress was busy walking around as my eyes could see.

    We waited 20 minutes to be seated even though we had reservations. They would not honor the menu that was sent to me by email for the New Orleans location. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the manager to approve that we could be served the menu that they posted. They were also out of all the 1/2 price wines they advertised. We finally settled for a substitute that was not the best tasting in my opinion . We will never return there again.

    It was my first time here for a birthday celebration. Our table kept getting passed up when the meat selections came came out. When we did get any kind of meat it was an endless amount of chicken wrapped in bacon. We asked for other meats but that seem like that was a difficult task. When it was time to pay we got a bill that was over $500.00 full of drinks and shots that we didn't have!!! We asked to speak to the manager to get things straight and that was just a worse. Let's just say that the bill was sent back to us three times and it was still incorrect. No one wanted to be held accountable for the bad service and we were not offered any kind of comp for inconvenience. I must also add that the lady behind the bar that was making the drinks had a HORRIBLE attitude. It took about 30 minutes for them to bring the cake out and another 15mins to get any kind of utensils. For a first time visitor this experience was a nightmare and very disappointing.

    Great dinner with impeccable service. De'Quan was amazing as was the manager, but I did not get his name. The environment is friendly and upscale. While we LOVE NOLA foods, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a break from the heavy creams and seafood.

    Service was absolutely terrible. Took forever to even get water or a menu. Went there to celebrate a birthday and left with a sour taste in our mouths with the poor poor service. Can guarantee we won’t be back.

    I was actually a little disappointed. Pre COVID it was a very good restaurant but yesterday I ate there and the cuts of meat that were offered had become very limited . The Bar was ok but seemed to have had a better selection on my prior visit! Finally the Papaya cream dessert was less creamy. This was devastating as I love their Papaya Cream dessert! Saying that I gave it a good but it was much better. I may have given it more than it deserved as I liked it so much before. I may give it one more chance before taking it off my list of restaurants to visit in New Orleans. By the way I liked the Oregon and Washington State versions of the restaurant but again that was preCOVID!

    First time going to this restaurant. My friend wanted all the “meat” but I was happy to see Salmon on the menu. It was delicious and cooked to perfection. I thought the service was top notch. My friend loved all the meat and sides. Overall a very nice experience

    This location has a limited serving compared to the 8 other locations we’ve eaten. Salad bar was small, the number of selections from the gauchos was small, same 5 things over and over. No pineapple and I had to request the cheese multiple times and wait. We won’t go back to this location. The pricing is the same as other locations which seems wrong based on the small number of offerings.

    We been well impressed by the food served on the restaurant. This I can't tell about the service. Waitress promised to explain how things work with menu - disappeared and returned after 10-15 minutes; some waiters coming with meet made with "doing a favor " faces. Eventually, we got a check with 2 coca cola inside with never ordered. This is something non affordable for upscale restaurant

    The waitress was no attentive, i have to be looking further to Often, never pick up any glasses or plates from the table. Meat was ok. I have in 4 restaurants on the chain. This one is lower on the pole , Baton Rouge being good, Houston galería being the best.
