Tables were well set apart which made our group feel comfortable. Food was fresh, flavorful and well presented. service a bit slow, however, we were talking a lot so that may have been it. server was super polite. This was my first time dining here and I would definitely come back I had the Tuna poke salad- really good!

This was the first restaurant I went to last summer when the restrictions were lifted. I love this restaurant- they have the best Brunch in town, but the whole menu is amazing.

I can't wait to take my parents here when they come to town.

We were visiting from out of town and called the restaurant to reserve a table for our large group of 14. We were told that it wasn’t possible for the time we wanted. We decided to use open table and book 3 separate tables, adding a note asking to be seated close to each other if possible. When we arrived the hostess did everything she could to get us seated quickly and together. To our surprise, she was able to get us all together at one table! We were extremely excited. Our server did a great job of managing our large group. However, when the food arrived, one person from our group’s food was cold. They had no problem warming it up but it took forever and by the time it was ready, everyone else was finished. The food overall was delicious. Some mixed drinks were better than others. The “Paloma” that one of us had, was very watered down and didn’t taste like it even had alcohol in it. We did have a good amount of children with us, and they were able to easily accommodate their needs. One thing that was very surprising to learn when the check came was that they charge everyone a “Covid fee”. This was an additional $20 added to our tab that honestly was quite ridiculous. That charge, along with the $12 charge to park in the designated garage for this restaurant, was enough to make us skip this location in the future. Overall, the food and service was good, but overpriced for what we got. It also would have been nice for them to comp the cold plate of food, but we still were charged.

Our server was outstanding. Very attentive and wanted to make sure that we had the best dining experience. The food was fresh and delicious.

I had previously only dined at Founding Farmers for dinner. So coming in for brunch and having to be so, so delicious was a treat! Bring the stretchy pants, folks. You’re going to want to go up to the buffet tables several times. Must tries: cinnamon buns, crab dip, and salmon.

Comparing our brunch buffet experiences per and post COVID, it’s better now. The wait staff brings certain items to the table straight from the kitchen and the buffet has servers. Very safe and the food was delicious as always. A wonderful experience.

Kind of a mixed bag. Everything is basically okay but nothing stands out—not food quality, ambiance, service, etc. You’ll get a decent meal, which I suppose is the main point, but nothing that will cause you to be wowed. Took a long time to get our drinks ordered and by the time they arrived, meal arrived 2 minutes later. Of the dishes ordered by our group of 4, the Steak Frites was the best—nicely prepared.

This was our first visit and it was outstanding. The food and service outstanding.

Disappointed. Good menu. Food was mediocre. Steak was tough and dry. Service was Ok.

There were 6 of us and we all got different dishes. Most were delicious but one order of Turkey was tough and hard to cut and chew. My dish came out with the main cold but the side warm. Portions were quite large. The interior has high ceilings so it was hard to hear our tables conversation over the background noise. Overall 3 out of 5 stars.

We had the most incredible experience at Founding Farmers DC. The Tyson’s Corner restaurant was not as impressive. The fried green tomatoes were not very crispy. The hoe cakes were hot and sweet, best I’ve had in a long time. My steak was cooked properly, however the green beans were almost raw. The desserts were good, the bread pudding would’ve benefitted from more sauce, but the flavor was nice. I would go there again.

I love founding farmers! It is by far one of my favorite brunches around the area. You get the most value for your money with the all you can eat menu and being able to order custom food from the back and a delicious drink menu to top it off!

The breakfast brunch was delicious and nutritious! A variety of meats were offered, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. I am excited to return!

Brought my brother and nephew to brunch. They loved it so much. They were expecting typical brunch items, but the variety at Founding Farmers was fantastic!!!

Lovely restaurant and my wife and I always love coming! Food was excellent and the service was outstanding! Dean was an excellent waiter and took care of our every need!

Excellent service from our server. Food was amazing. We did the buffet brunch and the mimosas were delicious...my fav being the cranberry. Loved how spacious it is and they followed CDC guidelines, which was the cherry on top. Would def recommend not only this place but it’s location.
