    The table next to us has 2 kids running around. Maybe it was a casual dinner for that family but it was our anniversary dinner which I wish to enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. Apart from that, the food is good and the service is excellent.

    We expected a lot knowing that it was a three star Michelin restaurant, and Caprice exceeded our expectations. The food and wine was absolutely incredible, even with our high expectations, and the service was incredible. They went above and beyond explaining the food and describing why it was so special. It’s very expensive, so it’s up to you what you think of the value, but the experience is amazing!

    I think we had a very good time and truly enjoyed ourselves. The services and the food were all very good. The only hiccup for us was the cheese selection that was curated. It was not really how we described our preferences and I remembered asking for one of the choices to be a blue cheese but it was not there. However we truly enjoyed the cheese that caprice is famous for. That one was delicious. Thank you for a loverly meal.

    Food are nice and delicate. Staff are nice and warm to guest. Just think the staff could speak louder and slower when explaining the courses, as understood some might prefer wearing a mask so it a bit difficult to hear.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the attentiveness of your staff. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about every dish on the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable.     The veal we had was tough with a lot of fat. I left the fat and the unchewable pieces on the plate and mentioned and showed such to the waitress (Sammy) and she said she would inform the kitchen. I was expecting the person in charge would talk to us regarding to our concern. But nothing came out of it. We have been to many high-end dining venues and the manager and/or chef would come and talk to us addressing the issue. But not this acclaimed Michelin 3-Star French restaurant at the Hong Kong Four Seasons Hotel. I observed and noticed the entire staff was efficient but lack of warmth and caring and definitely no personal touch. Sammy’s job was simply getting us the food and describing what is in it and nothing more. She dashed away once her spill was complete. It was a DISAPPOINTMENT for our anniversary meal!

    Food was good. Only had a choice of 2 set menus and we both had to order the same one - with only option being the main course.... strange... Also, honestly, a bit expensive for such a structured meal - if I am paying that price then I would expect to be able to order what I want. Also, the restaurant was not even 25% full.... kind of lonely...

    The food was good, but seriously just overpriced. None of the ingredients were really so spectacular that it warranted this kind of price point, I would expect either MORE of the expensive ingredients, or just lower your price. I would also prefer if there was an a la carte menu to choose from instead of the set. From start to finish: - Finger food at the start, very good, 8-9/10 - Starter was decent, but you only get a bit of caviar on top of the dish, at this price point it wouldn't hurt you to add a bit more - I did not enjoy the cherry soup at all - Langoustine was quite good but adding truffle here just seemed a bit overkill/unnecessary - Lobster was decent - Pigeon was okay - Beef was quite good but at $4000 per person for the CONNAISSEUR set I wouldn't expect to still need to add $500 for a piece of Wagyu, make it make sense! - Cheese selection was surprisingly tasty and went well with the condiments 10/10 - Sadly the pre-dessert sorbet/yogurt thing was probably the best dish we were served that night and it doesn't even have a spot on the menu. - Souffle was ok, we didn't enjoy the almond flavor, it came with vanilla ice cream which was good but thats not hard to make/buy Overall food was decent, but considering I could've probably had roughly 3.5 amazing meals at Robuchon for the same price, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone unless it was free.

    Friday lunch service was extremely noisy and chaotic. We had a table for 2 to celebrate my partner's birthday, most tables were only 2 people, but there was a lot of staff rushing about, cutlery clanked around, and when tables left the staff would bring out an extension cord and iron and iron the tablecloths in front of us. Not the 3 michelin star ambience I was expecting compared to other such restaurants in Hong Kong, especially as Caprice is at the higher price end.

    Exceptional food with impeccable service. Would be better if a free-flow drink package could be offered for weekend lunch for a more lay-back experience.

    For good food, service and the Harbour view, Caprice is a good choice. 2 choices of set menus. As we had dietary requirements and preferences, the chefs did a great job in meeting our requests. Compliments to the chef and the service staff who communicated our requests to them. We will return.
