    The staff were so responsible that they reserved a red sofa seat and also a chocolate card for me. The sweets were so yummy, especially for the scone, really needed to give a big hand to the chef. However, the other customers who were sitting next to me… um they were so noisy that I couldn’t really enjoy that much in the atmosphere. Thank you for serving me and I really like Gallery. I will come here for afternoon tea again :)

    What a fantastic experience at Four Seasons Hotel Gallery. The tea set portion is just right, unlike other hotels afternoon tee, the savory and desserts items are bite-size which won’t make you too full. Service is excellent!

    Relaxing ambience, velvety sofa, amazing tea and service. A little noise because it is near the main entrance and check in counter. Overall it is a relaxing afternoon tea experience.

    Our wedding anniversary was nicely served, with a complementary cake at the very end. Tasty food and excellent service. Desserts are wonderful as usual. Highly recommended

    Unattractive & disappointing afternoon tea I have ever had. Hardly taste any single piece is yummy. The size almost like a finger nail. Expectations is below standard. Having afternoon tea at Rosewood, Regent & Fortnum & Masion, every single piece I found it so tasty, value for money.

    Good food quality esp savoury food. Usually savoury food doesnt taste good in tea set but i am amazed by the food quality of Gallery. Scone is really good as well. Good service, help us refill tea frequently and good attitude

    - Coffee served without sugar until requested. - Mousse dessert served without spoon until requested. - Hot water request taken but not served until pressed. - Retrieved used cutlery but forgotten to provide new ones - Ordered four pancakes but only three arrived until pressed. All these are minor issues but we think worthwhile to point out for further improvement. Overall exp was still good.

    The food is not at tasty as expected. The hot chocolate I ordered is not as rich as expected. It’s only at Starbucks level. The sandwiches and cakes are only at average standard. Not a good value of money. The service provided is good though

    Though it is near the lobby area, the environment is relaxing and the seat between table are in certain distance. Food is average but we enjoyed the tea a lot.

    Staff are nice and generous. Especially for the staff Thomas, who was wearing apron and stationed in Gallery bar area as observed. Thomas was attentive, he proactively offer help for photo taking and offer scissors and wet towel when he observed that we are going to enjoy the crabs. Well-done Thomas!

    Most of high tea serve with two scones for each guest and there is only one tony here. Waiter and waitress can look at the guest area more as to see anyone in need.
