   Overall excellent service. Food was delicious apart from a vegetable dish (garlic spinach) which was way over cooked and tasteless. The dishes were served one by one! I would have like to have the vegetables served with my main courses.

   Good food but not WOW that one should get from a 3 stars Michelin. The famous Peking duck had delicious crispy skin. But the meat was dry and not juicy. Worse was the wrap - made of wheat. Very dry and rough not delicate like those made from rice. This dish only stand out with the soup which was very flavorful and WOW. The fried frog legs were not crispy on the deep fried outside and meat also not juicy. I went to the Song restaurant in Guangzhou and both dishes three were amazingly much better - despite the fact that Song held only one Michelin Star. Overall the meal was just OK

   Elegant environment with gentle Chinese traditional music. Outstanding dim sum and foods. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. Beautiful scenery of Victoria Harbor. Worth the highest honor as a Chinese restaurant.

   Perfection! Exactly what one would expect from a three Michelin starred restaurant but even then some. We were charmed by the knowledgeable and attentive team, particularly the sommeliers. With so many special memories, this restaurant is absolutely worth the journey.

    The staff were very good about helping us avoid MSG. But what happened was that, with dishes that had MSG, they removed all seasoning all together, resulting in food that was just overly bland. We appreciate the great care with which they protected us from food allergies, but the food was not good. Next time, better if they just recommend dishes that have no MSG to start with, instead of removing seasoning from dishes.

    Personally not a big fan of canto food but it was a beautiful experience. My girlfriend who is from Korea is really impressed with the dish and the great marshmallow front tea(?). The services are on points and we finished the whole dinner under a great vibe.

    The vegetarian tasting menu was nice. I was surprised as I planned to order A la carte. Taro dumpling, vegetarian wontons, stuffed bamboo piths and almond cream were impressive.     I booked the table four months in advance with double confirmation by phone to celebrate my mother‘s birthday. I confirmed with staff to arrange table with window seats. Unfortunately, the resturant was overbooked！All tables were occupied when I arrived resturant, no table could be arranged. The director asked my family to wait until someone return the table, however there was no one checking their bill at that moment. Finally I was invited to sit at the middle of the crowded dinning area after 23minutes！ I can‘t believe this happened in a 3-star michelin resturant in 5-star Four season hotel！ It was ridiculous！

    人生一年一次生日，早兩個月前已經訂了龍景軒，並要求當天是慶祝朋友生日，接線生confirm booking 已經說好了會在甜點上寫生日快樂、結果沒有，朋友因此不高興並遺憾，這餐生日飯食了差不多$3000，不值，餐廳因為得了米之蓮三星就好巴閉，沒有理人感受！

    We got a VIP room with perfect harbour view from northwestern side of the Island when we have viewed the same harbour mostly from the northeaster side--this already worth one star of the Michelin rating. Staff stationed at entrance are friendly and courteous. We had a main server, John, who truly delivers the remaining two stars for the restaurant! John's English proficiency is great to give perfect recommendations for our dinner and we all love the dishes immensely. With 5 people in the party, certain dishes are for four servings and John would alert us and could relay to the kitchen to make them for five. John made sure our request on the minor customization of our dishes was met by the kitchen. John and the other server would check in on our room at great time intervals with meticulous attention to details, collecting plates and adding tea, and the like. All our seafood dishes are so very fresh and the desert is heavenly! Our baked sea bass fillet is incredibly fresh and tasty; mind you, our steamed garoupa's in bamboo basket though tasty but the two slices for each person surprised us all given the price is not cheap. Fried rice with seafood is the best taste we have ever eaten here or in North America, and they use fresh lobsters chunks in this dish. Efu noodles were made perfect as compared to all others we have eaten here or in North America. Overall, it being the world's first chinese restaurant to get a Michelin 3-star rating, is true to its every aspect.
