Great lunch on the last day of the restaurant
I don't know if it's just because the restaurant is closing, but the ambiance was a bit fraught, and the tables were put so close together that it was hard to maintain a conversation. Food was good and nice to have some seasonality too.
Delicious veggie options!
Relaxed, informal and fun Soho restaurant. Short but well thought out menu. All dishes we ordered were delicious and perfectly cooked. Great value for its location and quality.
After trying loads of different places in Soho for lunch with friends, it's always lovely to come back to Foxlow. We had to make an event of it last Saturday, as it is closing down permanently this Thursday, which is a great shame. I hope I can visit one of their other restaurants soon, but it's going to be sad not to be able to use them for our lunch meets anymore.
I wish I could recommend! So sad it is closing.. I will miss this restaurant very much.
The staff are amazing.. the kitchen great. Their cocktails knocked most bars out of the park..
Foxlow Soho was perfect for any date I had.
I have no idea where I will go for a post work catch up now...
I work in The City.. so great to mooch to the West End during the week! Argh..
Please if you can, re-open another Foxlow in the soho area soon..
Full English brunch and bottomless prosecco- what's not to like! Great service, by the way, attentive without being intrusive.
Always lovely to come here. Gutted to hear it’s closing down soon.
We ate at Foxlow Soho at 6.45pm. A party of three, two of us arrived early to avail of the £5 cocktails before 7pm. We had another one before our friend arrived. Service was attentive but not overbearing and all the food delicious. Only downside was being downstairs which was a little quiet and the second time I’d been seated downstairs.
Everything was slightly disappointing, from the 90 minute reservation slot to the happy hour cocktails. Our waitress was unfriendly and sarcastic. The steaks were very average and we expected a lot better having dined at Hawksmoor. All in all, very “meh”.
Meal for three. Waiting staff very good, there when we needed but not too much! Did not rush as. Food really good, this is our second visit in a month
Great chicken burger best I have in London for a long time - can’t wait to try the xinger burger
Great place for a long lunch. Very pleasant staff.
Food was reasonable, service was very good- they placed our order quickly so we could get to the theatre. Very quiet on a Monday night.
Great food. Window for bottomless brunch drinks a little short at 1.5 hours.
Combo of brunch and roasts very unique and all were excellent.
Fried chicken with waffle croissant was brilliant as was the poutine.
Roast beef nice thick slices of rare beef.
Bloody Mary’s were very good too.
The food tasted amazing. I had the Sunday roast and a sticky toffee pudding. The waiting staff were very attentive when it came to the bottomless prosecco for the weekend brunch, so the value for money was impeccable. It also wasn't too busy or too loud and it had a sort of hipster/homely vibe to it. I'd definitely go back, especially at the price it was - the bill came up to £96 for 3 people having 2 courses each.
The staff were all extremely friendly, attentive and flexible to our needs. They ensured my nephew was entertained, and nobody ever walked past without a smile on their face. Thank you for making my mum's mother's day! Will certainly be coming back.
Great brunch for Mother’s Day, chilled atmosphere good varied menu. Great service
Just right. Good steak, good service and super easy and quick to book and get served.
Fabulous waitress - good decor. The rest very mediocre
All just a bit average
Good quality, British Food, which was well priced, Would like to see more English Wines on the menu.
great for an early dinner catch up with friends. Nice location close to Oxford and Picadilly circuses, but tucked away on a quieter back street. Nice decor. Friendly welcome and lovely service. We were near the front window so it was nice and airy (although the booths are pretty snug, so there isn't much room). Starters were amazing - such lovely choice. I had kale salad which was delicious and also tried my friends' salmon crudo and squid which were also awesome. I had sirloin steak which was a little on the chewy side, with nice fries and lovely roasted carrots. Don't usually go for a dessert, but I'm so glad we did. The sticky toffee pudding was gorgeous, my diary intolerant friend had the posset which was beautifully coconutty, and we also had the Reese with a spoon which was pretty heavenly, and the rhubarb pudding which had great flavours but was a little heavy. all in all a lovely stop off mid-shopping.
Patient serving staff given the BYO setting. Excellent food. A real treasure
Great range of cocktails excellently mixed. Then Tuesday BYO other booze made this a great value but fab evening out with friends. Good food.
Great food and cocktails. Service with a smile and a lovely open dining room. Not too busy on a Monday night either!
The carrot hummus starter is delish, and the spicy cauliflower main dish is so tasty.
Small portions for chicken roast and poor service (had to request several times for water / to order) . Although a second portion was provided this was begrudgingly. Not good value for money
Great food, atmosphere, and staff!!
Would happily come here again
The service was excellent and that alone would make me return. Food was delicious, one of the best steaks I've had (flat iron). The vegetarian & vegan dishes sound amazing, the one I tasted was indeed delicious, however, the price is outrageous for what is actually being served. Definitely would go hungry if ordered a vegetarian/vegan main. This place is definitely not value for money and it's ambiance and market positioning doesn't justify the price.
Great spot for a midweek catchup with friends. Meat is the main agenda but they had some really tasty veggie options and a good drinks menu. Nice ambience and super friendly staff.
Food was terrible, tasteless, tiny portions, chewy meat - ridiculously priced for what you get. Won’t be going back
Another wonderful meal at Foxlow. One of my favourite spots in London. Always has delicious food and fantastic service.
Food was good. Service wasn’t amazing, the waiter asked if he wanted anything else, we said “not right now” and then the bill was placed on the table. We both wanted to still order a hot drink but couldn’t.
Resturant was great so was the food, staff were friendly and attentive. It was a great experience would definitely revisit
Food was good but a little expensive for what was served. Drinks again good but expensive
Good food and service - the express lunch menu is great if you are in a bit of a rush and is also really good value!
Service is very friendly and food is good - a British take on American-style comfort food.
Confirmation of reservation was farcical. I was sent a text by a number I couldn't reply to by text or by calling. When I rang Foxlow I got into a call handling system that sent me to voicemail. What was the point of that?
Food is great quality and generous, tried the chicken zinger burger, yum yum..
