   I booked this for my MD and his wife for Mother’s Day. Firstly my boss called the day before and they had no knowledge of his booking even though I had email confirmation. He then rebooked and paid a deposit. When he got there he was waiting 15 mins before getting seen by anyone. He said the staff were all rude and when he finally got seen to they couldn’t find his booking even though he had paid £50 deposit. Eventually they found it and said they would seat him, another 15 mins later he still had no been seated so requested his money back and left. I’m really disappointed and so was he. He said the staff were loud and shouting around at each other.

   We booked an early meal at 5pm, and were seated away from the main bar area. The DJ kept playing loud music throughout the venue despite requests to turn it down, and about half way through the meal they did manage to turn the speaker off in that area, but it was still loud. Food was fine, half price cocktails till 7pm a surprise, service good (if slow) but the loud music was the overall memory that detracted from our visit.
