We have 8 seats at the counter and 2 private rooms.

**Chef’s selection of 13pieces sushi, egg omelette, our signature “Negitoro hand roll” and miso soup.**

**OMAKASE** 　**From 30250yen**
**Traditional Omakase**
　Originally Omakase has no set price and we provide seasonal sashimi, tsumami and sushi until we are told to stop.
However, for those who visit us for the first time, we provide it like a course menu that is included in the price.
And we ask if there is anything else you would like to order in addition.

**Please let us know in advance if you wish to add something special.**
For example: Add some sashimi to sushi okimari, add Kegani (Hairly crab)tumami, add grilled fish, add chawan mushi, add other your favourite hand roll such as Torotaku, Anakyu, Uni and Ikura or other items in season.

**If you have any allergy or food preference, please inform us in advance.**
Due to the ingredients available to us that day, we may not be able to make changes, if requests are made on the day of your reservation.
Please note that in cases of extensive limitations (such as all the shellfish allergies), we may have to decline your reservation.
Kindly understand that our restaurant is not suitable for vegetarians and those who can not have raw fish.
We use soy sauce to prepare our sushi rice and other meals, as soy sauce contain gluten, we are not suitable for person who wish to have a gluten free meal.

As for children, we only accept those **10years old or above** who would not disrupt the ambience for other guests dining on the day. We do not offer a children’s menu and children will be required to order the same course menu as their guardians.

**【CANCELLATION POLICY】**

**In cases when cancellations are made last minute, cancellation fees would be incurred as follows.**
**Day before: 8250yen per person or 50%price of your chosen menu and ordered items.**

Fukuzushi offers the authentic sushi bar experience. They take your order at the time you make your reservation and then the sushi chef creates a magnificent tasting journey just for you with the freshest of fish and other ingredients. He even grated fresh wasabi for our offering. You know you are having the real deal when the fish portion is twice as large as the rice and when the ratio of wasabi to fish is just right.

This restaurant was incredible. The chef has 30+ years experience and it is shown in the masterful menu he serves. We reserved the tasting menu and the courses were the best sushi we’ve had in Japan. The intimate dining experience and curated food was worth far more than we paid. The restaurant is owned by the most lovely couple. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Will definitely return.

Superb service and experience. Real Japanese food and art. The best sushi I’ve ever had. The hostess was most welcoming and the sushi master was endearing. Highly recommended. Will go back next time I’m in Rappongi.

Exceptional meal and service. It’s a true gem. This was the best sushi I’ve ever had, with not a single off-note the entire meal. The sake recommendations were exceptional too While not exactly cheap, compared to omekase in NYC this is an absolute bargain.

I have said this several times about this restaurant. Given the choice of my last meal on earth... it will be here. I have traveled from San Diego to Japan many times for one reason..to get at Fukuzushi. I have tired so many sushi restaurants around the world including Japan and nothing compares. When you have the opportunity to enjoy Fukuzushi take your time and slowly enjoy every bite. It is truly heaven. If I could give it 20 stars I would. Seriously I had dinner there last night and I am consider return tonight. Treat yourself to the best.

This was such an incredible experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The restaurant is beautiful and food was excellent. To confirm your reservation you must order in advance. It was such a treat to be surprised with the chefs selection of nigiri and with the freshest fish. I would absolutely recommend!

The wonderful people who run this restaurant make you feel welcome, like family. I have visited Japan often and when I do, I always come here. It had been 4 years yet they still remembered what I liked. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the sushi chef is so warm and welcoming while he prepares an amazing feast.

This was an amazing omakase experience in Tokyo. The chef was engaging, despite limited proficiency with English, and sought to connect with diners. The food itself was flavored perfectly and surpasses some Michelin star restaurants in quality and presentation. I could not recommend this restaurant more for a personal omakase experience.

Wow just wow!! My wife and I wanted a special dinner out while on holiday in Japan. Wow. What an experience. Everything about our time from the food to the service and experience was incredible. But seriously the food is on another level. You will not be disappointed. We are going to come again next visit to Japan. Fukuzushi is now a tradition.

Traditonal Omakase at Roppongi FUKUZUSHI by Master Chef “Toyo-san”: Firstly, Omakase is a Japanese phrase, used when ordering food in restaurants, that means ‘I’ll leave it up to you’. Omakase is not necessarily a preset menu where the courses are the same for everyone. Omakase is about an experience that the the Chef balances his or her specialties with the customers preferences. Being my first visit to Japan this traditional series of dishes and sushi courses was one of the best that I have had the pleasure of experiencing. The price range is on the higher end but each item was meticulously prepared with care. You won’t find a blow torch here but you will find a very knowledgeable staff who will provide an extremely friendly atmosphere and experience. English and international languages available. Thank you very much or Arigato Gozaimasu 🙏!!! Courses: Canola Flower with Miso, Red Snapper with Yuzu Sudachi Ponzu, Young Tuna Tataki with Soy Sauce Ginger and Scallion, Chu Toro, Aji aka Horse Mackerel, Tamago with Grated Radish, Uni from Hokkaido, Otoro “Fatty Tuna”, Snapper Head and Prawn Miso Soup, Anago or “Saltwater Eel”, Negi Toro Handroll made with Seaweed from the Saga Prefecture in Kyushu Japan, and I added a Botan Ebi Sushi at the end! If it’s your first time having Omakase try the traditional menu, or if it is not your first time experiencing Omakase then communicate with the staff and Chef any preferences or requests so they can tailor the experience to you.

This family run sushi restaurant is run by fourth-generation owners. The sushi was delicious, the omakase was very personalized, and the owners (husband and wife) who operated the restaurant made excellent conversation with us as American tourists - each sushi course was generously explained and sake recommendations were made based on our preferences as customers. While I found the experience to be slightly expensive, I still believe it was worth it given the quality of sushi served, the freshness of the ginger and wasabi (the chef made us hold the wasabi root right before he grated it in front of us), and the artistry in each course.

I have been going to this restaurant for 20 years now, and its still one of my favorite go to places in Toyko. The new location is now more like a private kitchen, so it's got a more niche feel but the chef and staff are still very friendly and welcoming. Already looking forward to going back
