From what I could tell, this wasn't a restaurant. The hotel front desk was surprised when I mentioned that we had made reservations at Open Table for a restaurant in the same hotel that I was staying at. They didn't know how to use the reservation software when I called to cancel after this discovery. I did eat breakfast there (see note to private note to restaurant),
