    The bathrooms on the third level were very dark - black fixtures, black walls and dim lighting. Using the restroom was like walking into a haunted house. Otherwise, the food, service, and atmosphere were just fine.

    Food was good. nothing too fancy to brag about. Service was ok. Didn’t leave me wanting to stay longer. menu was ok not too many selections especially if you need to accommodate a dietary need.

    It was my birthday and I wanted to be fancy and I love the atmosphere it had to it. The workers were nice and the food was good that I had to take it home. I will most definitely come back!

    The food was tasty , and the staff and service were top notch. Our experience was enhanced by staff that made sure we were accomodated with seating, adjustments to orders, and paying us extra attention to ensure our sastisfaction.

    Bottomless brunch with general great brunch drink options. Right across from the entrance to Nats Park, so really close to the Navy Yard Metro stop. Good was excellent, service was great, will definitely go back.

    Good food, fast service. We made reservations for 2.5 hours after first pitch. We knew the Nats game wouldn’t be over, but were also pretty sure we wouldn’t care much. Luckily, they sat us right near the left field gate. We could almost watch the rest if the game from there. Food was tasty and well priced. Great post-game meal!

    We went for the mushroom soup and there was no soup. I ordered the lasagna and it was burned on the bottom and had been microwaved/ was Cold in the center! The server was nice and I didn’t complain . We had been sent w/high recommendations and were disappointed.

    Had a 2PM Dining Room reservation for 6 people. Wasn’t seated until 2:30 due to a lingering party at “our” table. We were seated outside and not in the dining room. All of our food arrived except for one meal, which we explained to the waiter. Everyone else completed our meals and the manager came to clear the table. At that time he asked how our meal was and we explained we were still waiting on one of our meals. It arrived about 15 mins later with no apology from the food runner. Manager never came by to apologize or explain. Waiter brought the bill which did not include the late meal. Again, no apology or explanation from anyone. It was nice they comp’d the meal, but did not relay that info or provide any apology. The situation was not handled well by the manager, waiter, or host. This left a very bad impression on us and our friends.

    Our server was amazing. Very attentive to our table and made a great dining experience. However, we made a reservation and were told we could not be seated until our entire group arrived. Due to the numerous events in the city this seemed a little short sighted as everyone was delayed in travel and trying to get to multiple places at once. We had half of our party and we’re trying to ensure we had enough time to get into the Nats game. Upon our 3rd member arriving we were told it would be “a couple of minutes due to tables paying.” Two minutes later we were taken to a table that had been empty the entire time we were waiting. My question is, why weren’t we seated? The hostess did ruin our experience a bit due to her overwhelmed nature/poor delivery while running around. The other hostesses seemed fine. We hope this is a one time occurrence as We frequent Gatsby often before Nats games.

    Quite loud. Service was aggressive. They brought out our main courses long before we were done eating our appetizers. In contrast, the bar service was extremely slow, leaving us waiting for drinks as we ate.

    No issue with service. They were attentive. Restaurants was very loud and difficult to hear my party. Disappointed in the poutine. I’m Canadian and it was not like what I was familiar with. Chicken pot pie chicken was dry and the seasoning sprinkled on top of crust was unnecessary. There was too much sauce/cream in the pasta for piccata. In general food was very disappointing. Great location though.

    First time at Gatsby's, which is directly across from Nats Stadium. Food and service were good and got us out in time for the beginning of the game. Good cocktail, beer and wine list as well.

    Service deserves more than 5 stars. Taron was terrific! The menu was very good for a Sunday brunch, and the food was delicious. Nice to see that they didn’t stick a 15% “fair wage fee” onto our bill as at least one other restaurant in the Navy Yard area has decided to do. We will definitely be dining at Gatsby’s again.

    The food was really good!!! I ordered the French Toast, it was REALLY good, but wasn’t enough (only one toast)—should definitely be at least two. Other than that, my friends and I enjoyed the food, drinks, ambiance, and the server.

    Limited service from a waiter who tended to disappear often. A general sense of disorganization. They wouldn’t seat our party of three when we were missing a person, thus they lost on the revenue from the apps and drinks we would have ordered while waiting. Food was decent. The space is nice.
