Since January 9th 2022 I have been taking my mom here for her birthday. We enjoy cooking and watching Gordon Ramsay cook. We even made sticky toffee pudding after we ate here in 2023. Since 2024 this place has gone downhill. Steaks are undercooked, the beef Wellington is soggy and the desserts are burnt. I decided to write this review after our visit because of my mom’s disappointing face. When I asked her what was wrong she didn’t say, but I figured it out. Her beef Wellington was soggy, sticky toffee pudding was burnt and you changed the homemade ice cream looking butter stick to just a regular scoop of vanilla bean out of the container. We look forward to this dinner every year as it is our thing to do. After the last two years I think we will move on. Just a huge disappointment in the quality of the food. The service was great and always has been because they take pride being there. Maybe talk to your chefs. Spent $300 for what should have been an $80 meal. Should have gone to Applebees.

I recently went to Gordon Ramsay Steak for a date night with my wife, and overall, it was a really solid experience with a few minor misses. The atmosphere stood out right away—it was surprisingly quiet for being inside a casino, which made it feel more intimate and perfect for actually sitting and talking without distractions. The service was good but not amazing. Our server was polite and everything came out on time, but it felt a little more routine than I expected for a restaurant with that kind of reputation. Nothing was wrong, but nothing really stood out either. We started with the shrimp cocktail, which was honestly the most disappointing part of the meal. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming and not as fresh or flavorful as I expected. For something that simple, it should have been better. The main course made up for it. I ordered the 8 oz filet along with the beef Wellington, and both were cooked really well. The filet was tender and straightforward, but the beef Wellington was definitely the highlight. It lived up to the hype and felt like the kind of dish you go there specifically to try. We also ordered drinks and a bottle of wine, which added to the overall experience and made the night feel more like an occasion. Dessert was cheesecake and a peanut butter bar—both were rich and satisfying, especially after the meal. Overall, it wasn’t perfect, but it was a great date night. The atmosphere and main course carried the experience, and I’d definitely go back—just skipping the shrimp cocktail next time.

We have been here several times before. Our only issue this time was apparently the head chef had slipped and fell so the second in charge was taking his place. We waited over an hour for a food. The waitress came out and apologized and comped our dessert. There were two gentlemen sitting beside us that had gotten there about 10 minutes after us but gotten their food at least 45 minutes to an hour before us. They were done eating and gone for quite a while before we even received our food.My only thing was I feel like the manager should have come out and talked to us as well. They weren't very busy not sure why he didn't.
