Being one of the best steak houses in Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse features prime cuts of beef from the US, Canada and Japan. Additional offerings include an oyster and seafood bar and an elaborate salad bar. An impressive selection of wine by the glass and an astute wine list from around the world.

A semi-private dining room accommodating up to 8 people and a private room for 16 guests are available. There are two elegant private rooms on upper level. Choose between a room overlooking the lobby with seating for 12 and an elegant, spacious second room that can accommodate larger parties for up to 32 for dinner. Each room features a salad bar with an extensive selection to satisfy every palate.

    Having dined at Steak houses around the world and after reading the great reviews, we were very disappointed in the quality of the steak itself. We ordered the U.S. Black Angus Strip and it was one of the toughest pieces of meat I've ever had. The Fish was not very good either. The salad bar is good, but at $35 a person it should have been better. All in all for $200 for 2 people with only one glass of wine, this was not worth the price and we will not return

    Very disappointing. Quality of food is terrible. Extremely expensive for Hong Kong standards. Would not recommend!

    The staff was very helpful who kindly advised me to leave order for my main after I finished my starter when I order Salad Bar. And she was right, I was too full for my main. The service was very good and certainly outweighed the food quality as I found my husband's main (strip loin 12 oz) was cooked a bit more than medium rare as he requested. I did not want to waste food as I was sure they would cook me another one if I commented the steak on the spot.

    Great steak and crab cakes. Attentive staff. Decor a little too dark and could do with a little modernising. They made it special for my anniversary with a photo and ice cream.
