   Overall a great experience. Booking with Open Table meant we were seated immediately, while other groups had lengthy waits on a busy evening. Our waiter checked on us frequently and let us know that kitchen was slow. Keep us happy while we waited for food.

   Lucas was a Phenomenal server made my family feel right at home. Can’t wait for the next time we get to do brunch with him. I do apologize for the 10% tip but look forward to making it up to him on our next visit. Thank you

   First time for brunch. They have the tables so close together you can’t hardly get around. They pack you in like sardines. It was my birthday and our server offered nothing for me. Not our best dining experience

   If you’re looking for brunch and bottomless mimosas, eat here. A bit of a wait, even with a reservation. Was told the wait was because there was only 1 bus person while 4 or 5 girls just stood at the concierge stand. Our waiter was a delight.

    The tables are too close . Very difficult get around the dining room and into your chairs. Need to take out a couple tables.

    We wanted a New Year’s Eve meal that was great tasting and a great value. Granite City offers a holiday menu for two with excellent choices from the appetizer, right through to the dessert course. The sirloin was very tender and cooked to a perfect medium.

    Granite City had a New Years special. The food was very good and price was great. The service was very good, especially considering how busy they were. It was a bit noisy but overall a good experience.

    Ana our server was Very nice and polite. The food was great! Our daughters food came out about 10 minutes after our food was brought out. We were partially done w our food. That was kind of tough as she was the hungriest person in our group. Otherwise it was all very nice!!!

    It was a great place to have a date with your significant other. I found the food to be outstanding with no complaints. Personally I'm not a big veggie eater I can't stop eating their veggies it's just so well cooked and delicious. They also have tvs if your able to catch a game or show. Ultimately I found it to be a very comfortable place to eat at. Definitely would want to return again.

    Buffet had a good selection of food options. I had the prime rib (or what was sold as prime rib). It was not prome rib anymore as it was severely overcooked a became dry roast beef. There was no indication of pink anywhere. It was cooked to well done.

    Traveling, this was convenient and sounded good for us. There was a mix up and the restaurant didn’t have our reservation, so we had to wait a while for the table but staff seemed very intent on getting us seated. We were exhausted after a whole day of travel and it was getting late. We had the feeling that staffing was an issue for them. After seating us, our server was super efficient and took our orders right away. Food and drink were a little slow coming out but we were really happy with the meal and the final cost. The server got a nice gratuity for her great attitude and energy.

    We visited from out of town and were going to a concert. Knowing how busy restaurants already are on normal weekends we looked for somewhere that we could make a reservation. We arrived on time and they took us right to our table. Quite alot of people were waiting... The restaurant was very nice, looked clean and modern. The staff were SO busy but they were all so attentive and nice. Our food came out surprisingly fast for how busy it was and it was SO...SO good. We were very impressed with our experience there and it worked out perfect to have a reservation before a concert. Made for a great evening. Kudos to the hard working staff for providing great service!

    Last time our family of 7 we will be dining here. Took 40 min to get our food. All of it was cold & could tell it had been sitting under heat lamps for extended period of time. Not worth the $170 that was spent. Huge disappointment.

    Our server was Luke. We have been there many many times but have never had him. He was AMAZING!!! GREAT PERSONALITY, KNOWLEDGE OF MENU, AND VERY ATTENTIVE! We gave him a very large tip....more than we normally tip. We will make it a point to request him for all our future trips. Also, I am SO happy we can reserve Sunday brunch on the open table app now, as that was not an option before. We always had to wait and got right in and sat as we had a reservation, dodging a one hour wait!!!

    The sirloin steak salad was inedible. The steak was so tough I had to spit out more than half of my steak on the plate. I would not recommend your restaurant to anyone

    My food was bland but my boyfriend’s food was really good. Waiter was super nice and knew everything for beers and seasonal stuff. Good atmosphere just was unimpressed with my food.

    It was easy to make a reservation and we were seated almost immediately upon arrival. We were there at 6:00 p.m on a Saturday and the restaurant was busy. It also seemed that the restaurant may have been short staffed in the front of the house, so I’m taking that into account with my review. It took almost 30 minutes from the time we were seated until someone came to take our order and close to another 30 minutes after that until our food arrived. I needed an allergen friendly accommodation, but because of the noise level, I’m not sure my server heard my request clearly. My order came to our table wrong, so I needed to send it back. I don’t think the employees at Granite City clearly understand how to treat allergens in their kitchen. My corrected order came back very quickly. The burger I ordered tasted very good, but my plate came back with a half order of green beans. The rest of the meals at our table were a mixed bag. The naked burgers two of us had were good, the greens beans two of us had were underdone, the BLT was dry and difficult to eat, the other burger ordered was good. Overall, they probably did as good a job as one could expect given that it was busy and they seemed short staffed. The staff was friendly and accommodating and everyone we encountered tried to ensure everything went well at our table. We’ve had better experiences recently at this chain outside of South Dakota. We may come back again, but it probably won’t be soon.

    The Roasted Brussel sprouts were delicious. The French onion soup was excellent the Cajun pasta wasn’t so good The bathroom TP dispenser was cracked and hanging down. Should have been at a minimum taped. When we stood up to leave the ledge that had growlers was extremely dusty. Yuck. Overall it felt like the experience was less then what we have experienced in the past
