Made a reservation for Mother’s Day, had horrible service. Our waiter came to our table maybe twice, we had to stand up various times looking for staff to ask for things we needed. Food was amazing, but the terrible customer service ruined our over all experience. Waiter said that they were short staffed, but I noticed everyone else was being taken care of. On top of everything, 20% gratuity was added on (which I never mind leaving a good tip for a good service) to the bad service. Ended up giving $52 of tip for a poor service and inattentive waiter.

We loved this Japanese bbq! Delicious flavors all the meats we had were so good! Loved the various options. A+… so glad west El Paso has this now!

Really enjoyed the experience. When you walk in it feels very much like it’s in a shopping center, but the food in service more than make up for the feel.
