Hong Kong’s JC Group of restaurants are known for their literally lofty ambitions when it comes to providing the city’s notoriously picky gastronomes with superlative dining experiences. Yet another crown jewel for the family, Harlan’s is a bar and restaurant sitting pretty on the 19th floor of The One tower along Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. Unsurprisingly, the views out over the city and harbour are impressive, matched only by the sleek modern design of the 7,000 square foot dining room, and the prestigious continental European and western dishes on offer.
