   A really lovely meal and waiters were so attentive! However, the front of house could be better, made us feel like an inconvenience and small things like not offering to put our soaking wet coats in the cloakroom. But don't let this put you off as the rest of the staff were great and the food was delightful.

   Over crowded. Crazy noisy. Our drinks were dropped on the floor because of crowding. Slow service. Very expensive for a bowl of pasta and poor service. Would not go back

   Great atmosphere and service. Food just ok. Ragu was missing beef and the Vongole was oily.

   The service was fantastic. The food however was a total let down. The pizza was just awful, after seeing so many posts in social media I was very much looking forward to the pizza.

   Lovely as always and great food; didn’t really appreciate the telling off by front-of-house staff about us being 10 mins late, although the kitchen was closing… We were pretty quick with orders as we frequent Harry’s relatively often!

   Have dined here several times before but never experienced bad service until last Friday night. Our table was booked for 10pm as we had been to a theatre show. On arrival our table was not ready and then we were given a 4 person table for our party of 5. We were also rushed through our meal, the waiter asked if starters and mains could come together and we would’ve had to order our last drinks and desserts whilst eating our food. Don’t accept bookings for 10pm if you don’t want to provide the service that is usually lovely in here. The food was generally good, except the crab pasta. Overall very disappointed as our group of friends really enjoy Harry’s usually.

    Too busy too noisy and felt like staff on a mission to get us in and out as efficiently as possible without any interest in whether we were enjoying experience. Took 45 minutes to take order for first drink and food then rushed us out at end to reuse table

    Mother day dinner, had a lovely very attentive waitress. It was very busy so drinks did take a while to come, food was good a few things we wanted weren’t available so slightly disappointed but over all a lovely experience. I always have a good time at Harry’s bar so will be back

    The restaurant was very busy and noisy when we arrived. It got better as customers left. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The mains arrived too quickly- we were still eating our starters. We did feel as if we were being rushed. This improved as time went on and it was more relaxed. We had to chase some of the side dishes as they still hadn’t arrived some time after the mains had arrived! It was Mother’s Day so naturally busy. The staff worked hard. I just felt that at times they were slightly overwhelmed. The food was very good and tasty. The deserts were very nice. Overall we enjoyed the meal., particularly when it became less frenetic in the restaurant.

    the service was really bad. They had free tables inside and insisted that all of them had reservations within the hour however no one showed up and they preceded to sit us outside in the cold while my mom was sicks. It was mothers day. The food was quite good although some plates came cold.

    Terrible service, they need more staff. They forgot a dish, dishes would not come at the same time, and if you asked for a menu or anything you’d have to ask 3 times before it came. Disappointed as I used to love Harry’s!

    We ordered FUNGHI & TARTUFO and LOBSTER SPAGHETTI. It was amazing! Really loved it! I have been to Harry’s Bar for a few times now, and I love it there. Service so far is amazing. Not to mention the Tiramisu! Thank you!

    Really nice restaurant, great location, fast and efficient. Go for the spicy prawn starter it was amazing. I had pasta ragu for my main, I wish I had chosen the chicken Milanese.

    My crab Benedict has no flavour and no avocado and was so bland. It’s a shame as the food is usually great here and I used to entertain here a lot. The staff were really lovely and I couldn’t fault them though.

    Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you of a disappointing experience I had with my recent food delivery. While the majority of the food was satisfactory, the pizza that was included in the order was not cut, despite my request for it to be cut. Additionally, the pizza was cold and burnt, which greatly affected my enjoyment of the food. Furthermore, the service provided by the delivery personnel was not up to par. They were not very helpful. Given the issues I faced, I would like to request a refund or replacement for the pizza, or a discount on a future order. I believe this would be a fair compensation for the poor experience. Also, it was my birthday. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Very busy bar / restaurant esp. if you are seated nr a walkway Great food though even asking for no olives in pizza it still came with them and no reduction in bill even after telling the manager (not so impressive) but other than that the food was great...

    We have been recommended Harry’s for the food however the quality of the truffle pasta was extremely poor and was full of oil. The service for ourself and the table next to us was shocking. They had to serve themselves their wine, starter plates were not cleared before the mains arrived, the waiters pushed Infront of customers rather than giving way and overall we were not impressed by the staff. After the shocking experience we were then told that we needed to leave our table and pretty much forced our bill despite being 30 minutes early to our booking and the table next to us was free if it was that urgent. We will not be returning nor recommending ever.

    We love Harry’s & have enjoyed our server,Karim And ask Robbie seated in his area, his servoce is excellent. Sadly we ordered our meal and it was cold, the mashed potatoes especially. When we asked when we would have more brought, our waiter said, the second servings were also cold. Naturally he removed them from the bill, but Karim told the kitchen staff it was not acceptable to serve again improperly. It put a real damper on our view of the kitchen, but Karim apologised for the situation, very kindly. Kitchen staff should not serve food cold, ever , if it is a hot item . They jeopardised the reputation of the restaurant.
