A restaurant that offers some great food and excellent service. We had a couple of appies for our supper and the apple pie for dessert, which was all very good. Our waitress gave us the right amount of attention.

We enjoyed our Father’s Day supper. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was pretty good, however both of our steaks were overlooked but still delicious. We didn’t want to bother our server as she did look busy, as she had many tables. However, when she attended to our table she always looked calm and collected so well done!

Tried this restaurant for the first time on Fathers Day. Good thing we had reservations because it was packed. The service was slow even though there seemed to a lot of servers. Waited over 15 minutes to get our drink. The food and portion size were good, though my eggs Benedict and potatoes were warm at best. The pricing seems high, $9.00 for mimosa. Would go back and try he dinner menu.

A great brunch experience! It was a packed house, the day before father's day so I was grateful I'd made a reservation! We were seated immediately and had great service. Food was delicious and portions were generous. Will be back soon!

I have a very hard time paying $24 dollars for a Soup a (Mini Sandwich)…. The size of the Sandwich was embarrassing, then the contents of Sandwich was another issue. I would have got a Better deal at Subway for the Money. This is the same Sandwich they advertised in the menu as a, “ Chanceys Famous French Dip”….. Famous for what ?? Disappointing Experience

It was just ok. We went for brunch. Specifically asked for well done bacon and when we received our menus bacon was undercooked and limp. The toast wasn’t even toasted. I just don’t get why this place can never get it right.

Family favourite for lunch and dinner. Brunch is frenetic, breakfast potatoes were overly salty - could taste the vinegar in the poached egg. Still happy to go back because it’s a nice part of the community and lunch/dinner service are excellent.

Postponed Mother’s Day celebration. The service was so-so. Had to wait some time for the check at the end. But the hostess and who brought the food were really nice. The food was amazing and the drinks even more! Have to return another day with a cab to drink more freely

The food was mediocre at best, the cake was excellent, appetizers were ok but nothing special, the veal main we share was bland and soggy. The service was barely existent, we came for a birthday drink and would have had more if our server had been even somewhat attentive and not ready to run away after every interaction

We visited Harts for Mother's Day this year and it was really great! It was a very popular place and there was a bit of a line up at the front door to get in, even with reservations. I believe there was a bit of an issue with overbooking (bound to happen on a holiday like this). However, the staff dealt with it very well, there were several large parties and staff were fast at getting tables cleaned and prepared for the next group. Our service was excellent, and food was delicious and came out pretty fast considering how busy it was. I would definitely visit Harts again and would recommend it to my friends.

They completely over-booked Mother’s Day. Our reso was 30 mins late and then we waited for more than an hour to get our food after ordering. The food was not fresh or tasty. No reparations were offered. They’ve done a wonderful job of Mother’s Day brunch in the past but this one was terrible.

Reserved a standard height table but seated at a bar height table. 1 chair was unstable. 5 minute wait for one person to receive their plate after others recieved theirs. Food was cold. Plate presentation was a disaster. Avocado was not ripe (hard), and rice was undercooked.

Early Mom’s Day brunch with the family. It was a really busy Saturday and there wasn’t an empty table to be seen therefore as you can imagine with this location the sound bounces off the ceiling and back at you. Knowing this though we just talk louder. But as it was busy and I don’t think there was enough servers on so the first drinks were delayed, as well as was the time before we placed our order. She apologized and took two drinks off our bill. The food was good and well presented and I guess that is why we go to Hart’s on a regular rotation of Edmonton restaurants.
