   First, the young gentleman that took care of us did not explain things properly and was very snobbish, which for me is a big no no. Coffee was cold, then cup was remove so fast before I even got a chance to finish it. Kitchen staff took upon themselves to change ingredients of an order dish without asking if I would like it or not. Asked for another coffee, same story again. Waited over 1/2 hrs after they remove everything to have to asked for the bill. Overall experience wasn’t great for neither of the 5 guess at the table. Food didn’t match the price tag and to be honest dining room is spectacular, well seated but overall experience wasn’t quite there. Boulud Café is superior in quality, service and overall experience so $ to $ rather go to the Ritz, will come out with a huge smile. Very disappointed, won’t be returning for brunch that’s for sure.

   The service is simply outstanding. The hostess is the beggining of this delightful experience. She took the time to connect and truly welcome us into the space. This was followed by a server who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to all details. I am celiac and eating in restaurants often feels like a high wire act. The last time I experienced this level of professionalism and joy in the art of service I was in Vienna a couple of years ago. The food and wine pairings hit the mark and provide sustenance to the experience. I hightly recommend.

   Service at lunch time is always a little slow - which is not ideal as people eating there for lunch during the week are mostly professionals on a 1h lunch break. Other than that, the servers are always super nice, food is good, and ambiance is also very nice! Brasserie Henri is always a go-to for me.

   This was the first time trying out this restaurant. We went there for Mother’s Day and to celebrate a birthday. The ambience was nice, casual to elegant. The one thing that surprise me was that our table was so close to the area where the waiters picked up the cutlery and drinks. Not appropriate to have someone standing right behind you. We started with the foie gras, it was average. My main meal was delicious, I tried the Magred de Canard. Seasoned perfectly! My mom was not so impressed by her salmon dish as it was cut into so many pieces taking all the flavor from the salmon. Overall, nice ambience, bright windows, the service was good once they move our table and special attention for the birthday celebration.

   Food was ok for the most part but not impressive but service was terrible. Never filled our water (had to ask several times), ignored us despite several signals to get dessert menu and order. Felt disorganized like the entire waiting and bussing staff didn’t know what to do.
