Hitsumabushi Bincho Hakata is a Japanese restaurant and grill. There is a small and simple dining area, large enough for a modest group of tables, as well as an outdoor patio where some diners can eat when the weather is nice. Hitsumabushi Bincho Hakata has several traditional Japanese grilled specialties; however, the signature item on the menu is the grilled eel. This eel is available in two ways: guests can order the eel barbecued and served right on the skewers to preserve as much of the smoky flavor as possible, or, Hitsumabushi also makes eel sushi.

    場所柄、博多座付近なので、地下鉄で来たマダムが食事する設定なのでしょう。車で行くところではない。

    お昼に母親との訪問でした。お店に着いたら何組も待っておられ店内も混み合っていました。オープンテーブルにて簡単に予約してきたことにホッとしました。 メニューからひつまぶしをオーダ。店員さんによるひつまぶしのおいしい食べ方の説明に母も感心していました。鰻の焼きもカリッとしていて、香ばしく食べ、次に薬味で。お出汁もすっきりしていて味にも満足しました。 　当日は台風一過でしたが蒸し暑く特に湿気の多い日でした。座った場所がエアコンの効きが良くなかったかもしれませんが、母が食事を始めてすぐに具合が悪くなっていまいました。食べ残したお詫びを店員さんにしたところ、持ち帰りの提案を頂き包んでもらいました。 家に帰り、母を寝かせましたが夜半起きて食べていました。冷めてもおいしいひつまぶしだったそうです。

    We can get excellent foods including the dish of Japanese eal. But regretfully, we met someones' smoking scene. I think it was better "No smoking" here. Roasted eal is generally evaluated by "Taste", "Color" and "Smell". Now we cannot get a enough good smells from the roasted eal in the restaurant. I hope I can get it next time.

    このお店は喫煙可能なため　折角のウナギの香りが　煙草の臭いで隠れてしまい　ウナギを美味しく食べる事が出来ません。 タバコを吸いたいのならば　ここはよいと思いますが　ウナギを楽しみたいのであれば　お勧めできません。

    家族で夕食に利用しました。料理はおいしく、個室対応でしたので、乳児を抱えた家族でも気兼ねなく利用できました。

    うなぎはおいしかったです。ただ、お吸い物とだしの味つけが薄すぎて、お湯かと思ったぐらいです。 名古屋方面だとこんなもんですかねえ。
