The reservation was made and clearly stated that it was a special occasion (celebration) while we are there no one ever mentioned the special occasion or acknowledged it. This was sad because we go to Flemings across the street and they not only acknowledge celebrations but they give a complimentary drink of champagne and put a note of it on the table, and lastly but NOT least they give former NFL players a 20% discount off their bill. So it makes people feel more appreciated. Just my two cents. Oh and btw my wife got promoted at work! Missed opportunity

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at the Northville location. We were greeted by name and sat at a table setup especially for us complete with candle, rose petals and a card signed by the staff. The manager, Louis made us feel at home and our server , Christopher was attentive to our every need the entire time. All the staff were excellent. Our food was served hot and was delicious. We could not have asked for better service. Well worth the price. We will definitely be back!

Came in to celebrate my birthday after wanting to try this place for months. I was SO happy with my experience. The staff were some of best that I’ve had the pleasure of being served by at any restaurant I’ve been to and the food and drink was truly next level. My steak was aged and prepared perfectly and the sides were immaculate as well. I will definitely be back to celebrate another special occasion as soon as possible.

I had a great time at Hyde Park, I went this past Sunday for mother’s day and it wasn’t too loud or crowded, very comfortable. Food and drinks were great, you get what you pay for. The staff was very kind and checked on us often. Overall a great experience.

The dinner was delicious. Service was good. A wonderful evening. A bit loud during dessert (crying baby) and a few large loud parties. Guess to be expected on Mother’s Day weekend. Kudos to the staff at the reservation area. Our concert ended earlier than expected and they were quick to accommodate. Will definitely be back

It was our first time dining at Hyde. Alycia the server was absolutely amazing. Explained the dry aged steaks to the seafood and vegetable selection. Food came out perfectly. Drinks were great. The manager asked us if we need anything to let him know and gave us his card. It was nice to see a server use the crumber. Thank you for a fantastic wedding, new house and new job celebration dinner! Will definitely be back again.

Slow drink service. Had a fish entree. Fish was overcooked and tasteless. Had the Oscar component added and it was cold. Both sides were cold. Usually go to the Birmingham location and never have this issue. Wouldn’t go back. Was celebrating my 90-year-old mother-in-law’s birthday. They provided a nice card for her and gave her a dessert which was very nice.

Food and drinks took far too long to come out considering what was ordered and how slow business was. Meat was over cooked. No one seemed to notice or care. We’re frequent diners and quality of service has really gone downhill. Probably won’t be back anytime soon. Really disappointed.

Fantastic service and food. The best steakhouse in the local area. Expensive, but well worth it. One of the few places that takes pride in serving authentic Japanese Wagyu A-5 100%.
