   Very warm and welcome service from all the staffs. They are all so helpful and caring, it was my moms birthday and there were two birthday surprises for my mom and she was very happy and enjoyed. Thank you!

   Food quality (in terms of raw materials used) is indeed good, but the cuisine is not Kaiseki level and definitely not delicate. Restaurant is very loud and noisy, even the staffs are occasionally making noise and laughing/talking loud.

   I come to Imasa frequently for business lunch and at the same time with my family during weekend. The food is super with standard maintained constantly and service is very good, especially Ken the manager and his team. I feel comfortable every time when I visit Imasa and my business friends appreciate the choice of venue at Imasa . 😁

    Nice food and nice service. Have choices of more than 30 set lunch. Sashimi is impressive and roasted fish is very yummy ( particularly cod and eel)

    It’s my best friend’s birthday celebration. She’s a Japanese food lover and that’s why we went to Imasa. Highly recommended by a friend and the whole dining experience never let us down.     Always excellent service in Imasa, friendly and professional! Food are fresh and delicious, especially those directly imported from Japan, such as oysters, uni and crabs. I would like to dine in there again and again. My favourite Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong.

    Food quality is on par, not surprising. Service quality is normal, probably because the managers focus on communicating with regular customers and the other waiters are busy. Dessert decoration exceeded expectations, dessert chef deserves credit.
