   Food was so-so. Beer was nice and cold. Costs for what was received was outrageous ... but what are ya gonna do being captured at an airport waiting for departure of your flight?

   I ordered the taco plate with chips and salsa. The salsa tasted more like a marinara, chips were cold and unseasoned, and the asada was cold. I also orderes a beer and the can that was served was not cold. I understand that this is an airport restaurant, but most places that serve you 3 minutes after you place your order might provide a warmer meal and colder drinks.

    The hosts were not accomodating at all. I was a party of one and had no interest in sitting at a bar or long table with other people. I had been jammed in close proximity to people all day traveling and wanted some space to eat in peace. They were annoyed when I declined to eat at the bar. There were tons of open two-chair tables available and the hostess said there wasn't anything else available. I fly through Vegas to connect to other flights frequently and I will NEVER attempt to eat here again. In fact, I walked over to the PGA restaurant in Concourse B and had one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time.

    The nachos were not a good choice. The cheese was oily and in a pool at the bottom of my plate. My chips were swimming in it. I would not get again.

    my food was cold like it had been sitting waiting on server to pick up. the only good thing about my food was the chips and guacamole. for my first time experience i would not go back when passing though mccarran airport again.

    We only order the chips salsa and queso while waiting on a flight. The queso was had no flavor and I’m 100% positive the salsa is pizza sauce. It was weirdly sweet with a basil and oregano note. We paid $20 for a cup of queso, salsa and chip. The ice tea was good.

    Food was not good. Queso was not queso-it was nothing more than melted velveeta. $19 for a 12oz margarita cup was ridiculous. Basically $19 for a cup of margarita flavored ice. Waitress was not good, inattentive and very slow. Won’t be visiting this chain ever again.

    Disgusting. The service couldn’t be worse - truly nothing like SCREAMING at your customers and asking if we’re blind because they “changed things since the QR codes”. Maggie in particular should be fired immediately for her disgusting behavior and attitude.

    Waited in a 20min line and never saw a host/hostess. Put in a reservation through Open Table for 40min later. Never got called …. Waited over 1.5 hrs. Left for my plane hungry.

    Unable to even get a table after waiting for 25 minutes and we had a reservation via open table. They have two entry points and no one was seating anyone. A person with a tablet came over and asked the same people how many in party, three times and they still did not get a seat. The overall attitude of the staff is very poor. We have eaten here multiple times when traveling out of Vegas and the overall attitude is really bad. I know it's an airport but they should at least smile and be somewhat pleasant. The food is ok but we did not get a chance to eat this time.

    Don't bother using Open Table to book a table! When entering from the Terminal C Gates C4, their is no hostess, but you see a HUGE sign that saids book on Open Table, which I did for approximately 15 min later. We then walked to the other side and saw a long line; approached the hostess stating we had an Open Table reservation, (per the sign) to be told, they have no communication with Open Table and we would have to stand in the line. We finally were seated and our waiter was VERY Good. The prices for the food and drinks are crazy high. They had no prices listed for their margaritas and a 9oz pour of wine was $18! This and all restaurants in Terminal C are manager by HMS Host...and appear to not operate like a real restaurant would. For example, staff pushed two trash cans on wheels through the restaurant, right next to tables generating a lot of noise. The Manager was there and walked through a few times. He didn't seem to care about the long line and numerous vacate tables. I had a long layover. If I had to do it again, I would go to a fast food place that shares tables with a bar. These are also managed by HMS Host, but at least I am in control of my spending.

    It was confusing having a second entrance with no hostess. We stood there waiting for someone to give us a table for about 20 minutes. We were following the sign that said please wait to be seated. I believe a manager of some sort showed up to realize that’s what we were doing.

    Airport dining. Our server was excellent, and the food was great. Quick and efficient getting our food and drinks! I reserved using the open table app, but the hostess said they don’t use Open Table because the internet doesn’t work well in the airport. Maybe they shouldn’t offer it then. Highly recommend!.

    The place was busy but they were able to seat us on time. The hostess immediately asked if our next flight was leaving soon (no, since we had over an hour) as there were so many diners. Our server was great! She was upfront about having a lot of tables but got our orders in both quickly and accurately. She was friendly and efficient. We would definitely eat there again when flying through Vegas!

    I am a picky eater and requested no beans in my burrito - it was extremely crowded and I think it got lost in translation but our waitress noticed before the food even arrived that it was prepared with beans, and had the kitchen make a new one. But in the meantime, rather than have my fiancés food get cold, she went ahead and brought his to us and let us know what had happened. My food arrived maybe 3 minutes later! I was impressed and thankful.

    The hostess was the worse I’ve ever experienced. The 2 Hispanic women working h was rude. I saw a line to get into the restaurant and when I asked if they used the reservation they were rude to me and told me to stand in line to get in. I’m had a 3 hour layover so I had to wait again to sit down and eat. The server was the only good thing out of my visit. She was attentive and friendly.

    The whole experience was bad. The hostess was not friendly and had attitude because I made a reservation on OpenTable. There were open tables but she made it sound like it was packed to the max. We ended up leaving before we even sat down because the hostess left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    The servers should know what allergens are in the food. Its incredibly disappointing when they have no idea if there is dairy in a dish. It makes me not feel safe and not want to eat here.

    The table service was good, the bar service was attentive and quick. The mixed drinks at the bar were well mixed and strong with liquor options offered before the drinks were mixed. The owner and manager were friendly and engaged with customers. The food was bland considering it was Mexican food. The chicken tacos were so wet the tortillas and the plate were soaked in chicken juice which ruined the flour tortilla quickly. The salsa was very mild almost like tomato sauce with some onions. The chips are thick yellow corn, not my preferred but not bad. Price is expected for an airport restaurant and location in Las Vegas. It would have been nice to have some volume on the TV available since it was super bowl Sunday and the game was on.

    The food was really bad. The service was fine. Seemed understaffed but okay service. But the food was just awful. We got tacos and nachos. The chips were stale and the nachos were covered in all shelf stable ingredients. There was nothing fresh about them.
