                                                                                                                              We were celebrating a birthday. Our first time there. Great food, great service, a little bit noisy, and we proceeded at a high table, not too bad but next time I go, I would prefer to be seated elsewhere. However, this was an accommodation for us, and I have to say we had a lovely time. Looking forward to our next visit.

Way too much confusion in the place. We left before we ordered because we were uncomfortable. Never go back there.

                                                                                                                              Moved into the Restaurant side as we booked La Piazza which is outside the main dining restaurant. Had the ravioli and margherita pizza which is our go to, always delicious ! Great service and pleasant ambience.

                                                                                                                              Hosts were very efficient and friendly as well. Very accommodating as we were quite early for our reservation. Eshpreet our server was very good. Friendly and helped navigate us with our menu selections. Burrata con pesto was amazing but it would have been nice for the food runner to explain what the different cheeses and meats were for the Salumi E Frommaggi Misti plate. My daughter enjoyed her Margherita pizza. The Gnocchi was very good but the Tagliatele with truffle was below average. Was expecting a more predominantly truffle flavour but it was lacking with this dish. Highly recommend the Budino Al Cioccolota for dessert. Very rich and luxurious. Overall a 3 out of 5 for the La Piazza side. We look forward to the Ristorante side on our next visit.

One returned because it was different from the menu. The other they sent us the wrong pizza and instead of returning it. We kept it. They comped 20% off. The server and manager were apologetic but how crazy is that?

                                                                                                                              It was our first time at Eatly Plazza at Sherway Gardens, in the Toronto area, and I'm left with mixed feelings. Vygha, the hostess, was unfortunately not accommodating and displayed a poor attitude when we initially asked for a table without a reservation. She informed us we'd have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes and did not offer the option of the "piazza" (a different area of the same venue which they call a "different restaurant"—explanation of the manager). There were plenty of tables available, and I made a reservation through the OpenTable app as I was leaving the restaurant after being turned down by this hostess. When we returned just 1 minute later, her response was unprofessional—she gave us a dirty look and rolled her eyes. This is not the behavior you'd expect from the first point of contact at a restaurant. On a brighter note, Tyler H, our server, completely turned our experience around. He was exceptionally friendly and efficient, taking our drink and food orders promptly. The food itself was excellent. Despite the initial negative encounter with the hostess, the good service from Tyler H made our visit enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, hoping the hosting staff improves.

Our server Lucca was an absolute delight, his recommendations were spot on & we sincerely enjoyed chatting with him, the perfect balance between engaging with us & giving us our privacy. All the staff were lovely. A wonderful experience, we will be back. Thank you!

We were greeted well at the Pizza Restaurant. The guest service was amazing. Food was good, exempt for the seafood pasta. I thought the pasta was extremely al dente. Overall experience was good. We will definitely go back.
