My reservation was for the loft but showed up at the main building where the patio was… I was never shown or offered to how to get to the loft. This was a date night so the ambiance was super critical, and was missed. I think it’s important if the app asked if you have a desired section then the restaurant should do much better at ensuring the reservation is met as requested.

We used to come here a lot… even during Covid. Things seem to have changed. Service was unusually slow and they were not busy. Also need a way to get the tent cooler. Even with fans it was extremely hot and it was not hot temperature. Food was okay. Nothing spectacular. Again, maybe an off night but things have fine downhill. Will not be coming back in a while. There are too many other places in that area that are better

Two of us dined at Lena's for lunch. We had an issue with one of the dishes being undercooked, which resulted in brief attention by the manager. The dish was replaced with a fully cooked item, however we were a little surprised the manager never returned to check on us especially given there were few other patrons in the restaurant at that time. Our server was helpful and very courteous. I believe this was just an "off" day, as I've never experienced a poorly prepared meal at Lena's before, but we were definitely a bit disappointed.

Overall the experience was okay. Be warned that the tent is a great experience for a summer evening when it’s not hot/humid as they don’t have AC. The food was good, drinks were okay, the ambiance was spectacular.

Lena’s Velvet & Rye is such a beautiful setting. I’ve been during the day and in the evening. The evening times it dim and allows for a sexy ambiance. The food is delicious. We went yesterday for brunch. Daniella was our server and she was amazing! A must try and bring your camera for some super cute pics.

Pizza was good but toppings were way overpriced. While white citrus sangria was good, it barely has any alcohol. Crap dip had little to no crab, essentially cream cheese dip. Calamari was ok but there were a few pieces of chicken mixed in. Overall, very disappointed with Lena's after all I've heard. Would not recommend it to friends and doubt I'll ever return.

We had dinner at Lena's (Oasis) for Father's Day, and we left after the appetizers. The floor was disgusting (food around every table), the menu's weren't collected, the mozzarella was hard, dried out and yellow, there were annoying flies and the music was super loud. We will not be coming back.

Maxwell, our waiter, was great! And the ambience of the Oasis was wonderful! And most of our food was very good but the pizza was very underwhelming. It was a very doughy underbaked crust and the sauce and toppings were flavorless. It did not look or taste like a pizza from a pizza oven -- very disappointing.

My only issue is that the music was loud making it hard to hear our soft spoken waitress. We also had a spill at our table that was very obvious and yet many staff members acted like they didn’t notice. Had to flag someone down even though we were seated right by the servers station.

I had many store bought frozen pizza which tasted much better. The spaghetti sauce was so salty that it was un eatable. I had to pick the spaghetti out from the sauce and brush the sauce away with another fork and yet still way too salty!!!

Aside from limited parking - Lena’s is a great night out with friends/family or a quiet date. There’s valet parking. The food & customer service were great.
