   Our experience was Amazing! We started off with the garlic and Parmesan knots and it was made from scratch. I had the fried chicken with real mashed potatoes and fresh collard greens. Normally one would think that mashed potatoes and collard greens wouldn’t go together but it actually does! My wife had the blackened chicken alfredo which was also made from scratch and the chicken was well seasoned and juicy. Since it was my wife’s birthday we got a free dessert. We had the peach cobbler bread pudding which words doesn’t do it any justice. It was incredible! You have to check this place out! The staff and food is wonderful!

   I made reservations for a birthday dinner .The food was good in all but unfortunately it would have been great if it was served correctly the first time.my friend ordered the chicken Alfredo w/out mushrooms an tomatoes.but received it with both an had to send it back to remake. I ordered the ALLORA chicken which comes with Brussel sprouts but yet I received it with broccolini an had to wait. So outside of not getting our order right, the mood was nice an small an the drinks were great.would of liked a happy birthday plate

   Limited lunch menu had nothing Italian. Was a pretty disappointing selection. Salad was a sorry excuse even for a small town diner. Bloody Mary was sour with no spice. Really seems this place doesn’t have an identity. It’s trying to pretend to be upscale but it’s clearly not. Likely why the place was empty.

   In town for a college visit a booked this place for dinner based on location and OpenTable. Did not realize at first that it was the restaurant at our hotel. That sums it up. It is nothing more than a hotel restaurant and it is fair at best.

   Food was delicious. The kitchen seemed understaffed. We had to wait for 15 min after our reservation and longer than normal for food.

   When a 20% gratuity is included we expect to get great service. It started off well, but as the night went on, it took 20 minutes to get our mussels and chocolate cake. Took another 10 minutes to get a glass of wine that was ordered at the same time. It should never take 30 minutes for a glass of wine. The waitress didn’t check on us for at least 15 minutes when we had to flag her down to ask where our items were. It took another 15 nights after we were done eating to get our checks, another 10 for her to come back and get the payment. Valet service was also full and told us we had to park on the street or in the underground garage. I won’t be back…

    We went for brunch and the food was amazing! We had the shrimp and grits and the French toast with wings.

    Allora was great! I went on Saturday night and there was a DJ playing music. Food was excellent and the drinks were strong. Menu is pricey and they add 20% gratuity for every one not just larger groups.

    We celebrated a big moment at this restaurant and everyone there made it that much more memorable for us. The service/management was OUTSTANDING, the food… I feel as though I’ve given other places too much credit. My husband got the lamb chops and I got the bolognese. They really went above and beyond to make this quite the experience for us and the Italian cuisine and atmosphere deserves a lot more credit. If you’re in the area or taking a trip to midtown, this is a must visit. Very chill and romantic vibes.

    Waitresses was nice and courteous, but not attentive. Waitress served hot chocolate, but disappeared. Never brought appetizers. We informed server when he brought entrees that we never received appetizers. We had to get attention of person at check-in desk for another beverage, more service.

    Horrible experience. The furnace was out and my family and I were cold and uncomfortable the entire evening. They really ne3d to consider closing until the necessary repairs have been made. I was completely disappointed and will never return.

    Terrible! I can’t believe it. Furnace was out. Servers didn’t care. We had to fetch our drinks from the bar 10 minutes after ordering them. No one care to serve you. Over priced American food. Nothing Italian about this place. I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy.

    Service was exceptionally pleasant! The food was just ok, nothing special nor worth a special trip, but, if in the area and hungry, why not stop in. Though the theme seems like a mix between Italian and Southern, everything we had (even though it was marked with a Mediterranean title, tasted Southern. The extremely friendly staff and waitress definitely bolstered the evening’s experience.

    The service was really slow and forgetful. Everything came out at different times. Drinks arrived one at a time for our party of 6. Entrees arrived before appetizers. And we had to constantly remind the staff of items we were waiting for. On top of this they automatically add a 20% tip to all checks, regardless of party size. The food was not great. One dish was good, the others were disappointing. Overall, the meal and experience were very disappointing.

    Our server Nadia was awesome and the food was phenomenal. The whole experience was exciting and relaxing and intimate at the same time. I’m so glad we chose to come here. I highly recommend the mussels appetizer and for dessert the bourbon glazed pineapple upside down cake. My husband loved the three cheese macaroni and cheese! Thank you so much for a lovely evening.

    The food was great and the service was good, but they had booked a Christmas party complete with DJ for the front of the restaurant. With no sound separation, it was impossible for anyone in the restaurant to carry on a conversation. The restaurant should simply have not accepted reservations for that night. My wife's birthday celebration was ruined.

    My friend and I were real disappointed in the food. It tasted like something I could have made at home. There was a lack of flavor for sure. This will be a place that we won’t come back to.

    Went here for my bday. Got sat. 20 minutes later the waitress comes over and takes our drink order. We sat if another 15 minutes and still did not get our drinks. So over an hour waiting and didn’t even put our food order In. We got the “we are busy” excuse from the hostess. Restaurant was not even full. We ended up walking out. We went to another place and had an amazing experience. Thanks for ruining my bday dinner !!

    Table not ready when arrived. Service very slow but tip is included automatically so no way to reflect poor service. No tp or seat on the toilet in the dirty bathroom. Pasta ok but a bit over cooked. Would not return.

    We had not dined here previously and wanted a nice dinner after the matinee of Cirque du Soleil. Our reservation was for 7:30. We entered through the heavy wooden door, were greeted and seated immediately. A quick trip to the rest room revealed two single units; we waited for a vacancy. Our server came (Taliyah) and brought us our ordered champagne. We split the calamari which was good. The entrees , salmon for me and cauliflower steak for her were very good. At his point, the experience turned. Our dinner wine did not come. I left the table to find our server: MIA. A manager found her and directed her to our table. still no wine. Then the excuses: bartender was busy; can’t control the bartender; can’t find the wine….. After we finished our entrees, our server brought glasses of the missing wine with a “here”. Then she stomped away. Adding insult to our injury, a 20% gratuity was among the items listed on our check. We left Allora …for our first and probably final time.

    it was my fiancés birthday!! So when we first go there the table needed to be clean. Then we ordered drinks from the bar, which took about 15 minutes for two and 30 minutes for the IPA beer. The pizza came out first and the regular food took about about 15 more minutes. My daughter’s fish and chips was raw and had to be returned and she just got a pizza. I think the pizza should have been free because the food was raw but I paid for it. So overall I would give the restaurant a 3. I do think is probably could have been better if they did not have a big party there. But you cannot neglect your other customers.
