This is a cool little place. We visited on Saturday before the 4th of July. We were seated right away and chose the patio. The atmosphere was nice and alive. It was busy but the stall was very fast and attentive. They had misters going because it was a warm night. The food was very good and came super fast. We paid about 55 with tip for 2 people and one alcoholic drink. We will definitely be back to try out some more of the menu.

Disney food from 1990s. This would be the best way to describe the food at Lulu and even Disney has moved on. Any online sites or publications promoting Lulu as a place to eat at in Palm Springs is living in a different world. The Minestrone soup has zero taste and was basically vegetables and water. And to make things worse, service is completely lackluster. I had reservations and pre-advised on the food allergies of one of our guests. Yes, there were many allergies but any cook can work around this. Our guest ordered one of the safest options and what she was served was a Turkey burger patty with half a head of iceberg lettuce. No pickles, no avocado…. Nothing. The server did not even ask. And the accompanying salad - a bowl of chopped romaine. No dressing. No cucumbers. We eventually asked for olive oil and balsamic. No balsamic and we had to ask for some lemon to make our own dressing. Reading how Lulu responds to other reviews, don’t expect them to take the feedback and use it to improve anything. But this review is for anyone thinking of eating here. Keep your expectations very, very low.

First time at Lulus and I've heard so much about it. The staff are super nice and our waiter was excellent. Turkey burger was average...good but not exceptional. My friend is a vegetarian and the Squash with Quinoa not available so had a Russian sandwich with no meat, they did not add even 1 piece of cheese, very skinny. And the walls are dirty....I have to be honest I was not impressed. I know they are probably inundated with people as they are in the center of PS and great location. If I was go go back I'd just have a drink at the bar. $25 for a turkey burger and ice tea seems a lot.

Went here for my daughter’s birthday cause she loves this place. This experience was terrible. Waiter did not seem happy to be there. Never checked on us, brought the check as we were ending dinner without asking if we wanted desert or is asking for the check. He basically just ended our dinner on his time. It was uncomfortable to say the least.

I took my family there for Father’s Day brunch our server was amazing! I wish I could remember his name, but he kept the mimosas coming and was very attentive. The food was pretty good, the calamari was delicious. But some of the silverware was filthy so we needed new ones. Other than that it was a great time for my family. I’m not in Palm Springs often, but when I do come I will be visiting again.

Lulu’s is always a mush have when visiting Palm Springs, and the brunch is always a good value, however, I feel that the quality of the food has diminished and the service this visit was underwhelming. Our waiter was unfriendly and had a bit of an attitude.

Very weird vibe. Dirty overall. Dirty Plastic furniture. The cloth napkins had dried up sauce on them. Even the plates had dried up food that didn’t get picked up by the dishwasher. Lots of crumbs and stains on the floor. The meal itself was very mediocre. Tuna in the poke bowl tasted very-very fishy. Would not recommend to anyone. MacDonald’s looks cleaner than this place. Service was good and polite though, our waitress was nice.

It was the menu for restaurant week that made us want to try the restaurant. Funny part was when we got there we checked out their brunch menu (our reservation was for one hour before their brunch ended) and since it was the same price we chose from there. We were not disappointed. The wild mushroom soup (touch of white truffle olive oil and served with chives) was awesome. It was so flavourful and smooth. My husband had the meatloaf (made from Angus beef and served with tomato or mushroom sauce) with mushroom sauce. It was tasty and filling and totally suited a man. I had the chicken pot pie. It was huge! It was creamy and tasty and the crust only added to it. It was so large I took some home. It was just as good later that day. The servers were helpful and friendly and always had a smile. We enjoyed eating and people watching. Had a good lunch and a nice memory.

I read the book, The Guncle and the author references Lulus in it. I was curious to go after, so my girlfriends and I went for my Birthday. Loved the Cotton Candy Dessert and the end too
