   I preordered 5 appetizers and a bottle of champagne and they were not set up on time. Everything was set up by 7:20 and we had to approach the waiter to introduce ourselves and ask to order drinks. Overall the experience was pleasant. Food was good, but one old fashioned cocktail was asked to be remade. I did have a good birthday thank you!

   Nice looking restaurant but no staff and half the items on menu were not available. Ordered salmon entree and it was extremely over cooked. It seemed if you ordered any item that did not require cooking it was ok. Thinking they did not have a cook either. It’s a nice place and limited staff they had were friendly.

   An experienced chef would certainly make a difference. I ordered a strip steak and had to send the pathetically small thing back. I had ordered it cooked medium the first attempt resulted in a well done version, the second attempt resulted in rare. I did not want to wait any longer and ate the ends which seemed ok but most was too not cooked enough to even resemble medium. I was lucky we had salads before the main course. As for the ambiance, unfortunately I've seen better Hampton Inns. Hilton should be held to a higher standard than this location showed. It did compete with motels though.

   Loved the variety of dinner menu items which included ones that most restaurants do not serve. The grilled octopus was absolutely wonderful along with all the other dishes we had. We will return!

   Steven was incredible! Went for an engagement dinner and had a blast. The food was great and not very expensive. The drinks were good too. Steven knew exactly what to recommend and everyone left talking about how cool this place was. Will be coming back soon!

    I was very clear to the server that I have a gluten and soy allergy. I was told the items I ordered were gluten and soy free. The restaurant notes gluten free items on their menu so I expected they had a decent level of allergen awareness. After two bites of the roast duck I detected soy sauce and asked the server to reconfirm there was no soy in my dish. After several minutes she came back with the manager and they were both very apologetic when they told me the dish was made with soy sauce. They said the chef who was on duty was not the chef who prepared the item and he didn't know there was soy sauce used. To the staff's credit they were very apologetic, they didn't charge for my (uneaten) meal or my husband's meal, BUT I am going to be sick for the next several days. I carry an epi pen in case my reaction becomes extreme. I don't ever knowingly put myself in a position of being exposed to soy or gluten. I don't expect my diet to be accommodated but I do expect the restaurant to be able to accurately tell me what's in their dishes so if I can't be accommodated I can refrain from eating.

    Beautiful and relaxing place but unfortunately food was horrible frozen salmon, bad and old steaks, salad was good 😃😅 .

    They charged $2.00 for "Rocks" i.e. ice cube for a $19.00 exactly 1 oz of scotch. The food did not come out as ordered. Both dishes where served luke warm. On second try the flat bread was hot but the salmon was undercooked.

    Lovely restaurant in the beautiful Carrillon Hilton. Nothing fancy on the lunch menu mostly salads and sandwiches but it was a last minute lunch planned for Mother’s Day! Service was great and the ambiance was upscale. My mom, sister in law and myself were offered beautiful red roses. We had a great time! The food was delicious and our water glasses never ran dry!
