   Great sushi and overall food, however it is very loud and there’s a lot of echo in the room. The veggie roll and charred cauliflower were amazing. I cannot give it five stars due to use of seed oils instead of healthier olive or avocado oils. Why do these nice restaurants use oils that we know are unhealthy for everyone?

   Excellent quality fish and creative preparations. Probably favorite (upscale) Japanese restaurant in the valley.

   Good experience, didn’t realize it was in a hotel til we got there, also wasn’t aware water was $22 but the experience and food was great
