   Always a great experience at Marcel! Tiffany was a great waitress and very knowledgeable about the wine paring. The atmosphere was romantic and food, delicious! We go back every few months :) we enjoy trying all the flavors of the Baked Alaska!

   Amazing food! Escargot was my appetizer, Filet Mignon and Asparagus was the main course and Creme Brulee was dessert. Top 3 meal all time!!

   What a special spot for a special date night! It's kinda out if the way, if you didn't know where it was you'd have to ask someone even when you're standing in front of it. Yes, it's pricey, however you get more than what you pay for, e.g, veal parmeson is not your mama's hammer flattened veal smotherd in sauce, it's a full blown bone in veal chop that's pan seared to perfection. Ditto the lobster risotto, not your standard quarter sized lobster pieces scattered on top of risotto, no, it's a nearly complete lobster in shell over succulent risotto. Service, atmosphere, and ambiance (given the structure of the building, you'll be very happily surprised) is supurb!

    Marcel gave us the best service we have ever had which is a true accomplishment. We have dined at some incredible places and Marcel set a new bar. The food was of course phenomenal but the staff blew us away. We celebrated our anniversary and they made it a wonderful experience. I can’t thank them enough!

    Overall an enjoyable meal! We did notice however there was a taste theme of "burned" throughout our meal that detracted a little from the overall experience and was a disappointing in relation to the very high expectations (and prices). The issues were with the cheese on the French Onion soup and the potatoes Dauphinoise. Both were just overbroiled to the point that the top layer was was bitter. I realize it's a fine line between caramelized and burned, but in both cases the flames ended up crossing that line. Finally the Baked Alaska ended up with similarly blackened edges which were again bitter. Just a pity because it detracts from an otherwise great special occasion experience.

    We normally eat at Marcel between 6 and 7 but had a reservation last night at 8:30. I’m not sure if it’s because they were really busy or if the staff has changed but while the service was still good, it was definitely not as great as what we have experienced when we’ve eaten a bit earlier. We still love Marcel. I was just disappointed last night with the service.

    Amazing! This is our second special occasion celebration at Marcel in 6 months, and we just can’t get enough of the personalized service, attention to detail, and exquisite food. The whipped ricotta is straight from heaven. Steaks melt in your mouth, and presentation is perfection! Marcel is a must-do in Atlanta. The host went above and beyond to make sure we still felt welcome and did everything she could to accommodate our reservation despite us being very delayed in Atlanta traffic. Our server helped us choose the perfect bottle of wine, and the server’s assistant rocked. Actually, this is our second time having this assistant care for our table, and this individual deserves a promotion! We’ll be back again soon!

    We dined at Marcel for my SO’s bday. It was our first visit and won’t be our last! The service was top notch and so was the food! Jira and Drew were absolutely amazing as a service team. The service was somewhat of a symphony with the correct placement of service ware for the next waitstaff to present course after course. He had the Tomahawk steak (medium) and was cooked to perfection. I had the Chicken Paillard and it was delish! We ended up ordering way too much food, but it was just as amazing the following day! If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience, I highly recommend Marcel!

    We had an amazing dining experience for our anniversary! Timothy and team did a superb job in top service and the food was truly wonderful! Dover sold, bone in filet, escargot were perfection!!

    This was hands down the best culinary experience in Atlanta. Every staff member carried themselves with elegance. No detail was left unnoticed. Our server team was Tanner and his assistant and they were so pleasant! The cost is absolutely worth it!

    I frequent Marcel and over the years it has grown to be my absolute favorite restaurant. I decided to celebrate my birthday this year with a few friend. Just as I do each and every time I visit here I order the same thing (beef Wellington & old fashioned). Reservations were made a month in advance and there were a few more things added along the way to ensure my birthday was an absolute success. Upon arrival we were told there were no notes of a beef Wellington ordered

    It was our first time there The young waiter we had was great and the busboy team was on point and fun. We had a bottle of wine and the steaks, cream corn, and Au gratin potatoes to follow. A highlight, as stupid as this sounds, was the bread service…. So good! Planning a return trip soon Great experience

    I ate here with my husband for my birthday. We enjoyed a few drinks and the famous burgers and fries. The restaurant took it one step further and brought out sorbet with a lit candle and birthday message for me to enjoy. I truly appreciated the extra effort of the restaurant. Of course we’ll be back.
