We had a wonderful meal, and a lovely time. The food was excellent, our server was very helpful and personable, and every aspect of the evening was enjoyable. Marseille is always a wonderful dining experience.

The food is just OK but for theater district that’s acceptable . But the place is crammed with tables and there is no room. The waiters have no room to serve and are constantly leaning over you and your table to serve . Doesn’t feel comfortable . Has gone downhill over the years in my opinion.

We love Marseille, an authentic French-style bistro in HK near Times Square. Consistently good food and service in a room evocative of the Left Bank. I rarely visit NY without stopping at Marseille at least once.

This is a cool French bistro but you have to sit inside. For what we paid for the Thanksgiving experience and to sit outdoors wasn’t worth it. Initially we had a table outside where the heater wasn’t working. They had no intention to move us. Glad I spoke up to be reseated! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hostess was snooty. If you’re in NYC and have time to prepare in advance to book restaurants, you can do better than this.

Marseille is consistently a great place for an excellent meal. The special Thanksgiving meal was outstanding - wonderful selection of choices, superb dishes and flawless service. Festive and jovial atmosphere. It was a delight!

We made a reservation for Thanksgiving lunch, well over a month in advance. We were seated in the bar area , in a split seating table. So close to the next table, we could hear their conversation, and hope we would not bump them when trying to sit down. We expected a table.

Gracious service of our group of 7. Seated us at a round table away from other diners so that we could hear one another (and presumably not be too loud for others). Food was delicious French bistro fare. Reasonably priced bottles of wine were too.

This was our second time here. Our server, Danielle, was delightful! We brought another couple with us, and they really enjoyed it too. Some of our favorite dishes on the menu include the onion soup, Croque Madame, avocado toast, bouillabaisse , salade nicoise, and Pomme frittes. The hot cocoa is amazing, as well. Really love this place and plan to return. Truly authentic French cuisine!

My mom and I ate at Marseilles for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Our server, Michael, was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice. The food was delicious-highly recommend the apple tart! We will definitely be back!

Good food as always - we felt rushed, although we were in plenty of time for our show, because the servers kept trying to take away our plates when we were not finished. For example our crème brûlée still had 3 or 4 bites left on the plate but it was whisked away without asking if we were finished. Another example is we said we were sharing and the waitress walked away without asking the third member if our party for his order. It remains one of our go to places before a Broadway show and we love the oyster happy hour so we will be back soon.

I took my boss and some colleagues to dinner; the ambiance was fantastic. My boss went on, and on that the food was excellent. The service was excellent. It was a lovely evening at a good value for all.

The problem with Marseille is that I always order too much since there are so many good options. The seasonal cocktail was perfection. And the oysters are always a great way to start the meal. Though we couldn't finish everything, we enjoyed each course. And the service is always friendly and helpful.

We have had wonderful meals and a great dining experience when we dine at Marseille. The staff and wait staff is very friendly and efficient. The starters and entrees are prepared with wonderful flavors. There is a nice selection on the menu as well as specials of the day. Andres, our server was very attentive, filling our wine glasses from our bottle of bubbles at just the right moments. He was very informative describing the entrees and specials. We enjoyed having the Happy Hour oysters at the table. He was able to apply our open table rewards card to our bill with no problems.
